摘要: The present disclosure provides for adaptive resource management in new radio operations that adapts a numerology including a subcarrier spacing and/or cyclic prefix for a user equipment (UE) traveling at a high speed. A base station may transmit via a plurality of remote radio heads (RRH) to a user equipment (UE) is moving along a high speed track. The base station may transmit, in a first time period, using a first numerology including a first subcarrier spacing and a first cyclic prefix ratio, a first transmission for the UE. The base station may transmit, in a subsequent time period, using a second numerology including a second subcarrier spacing and a second cyclic prefix ratio, a second transmission for the UE. At least one of the second subcarrier spacing is different than the first subcarrier spacing or the second cyclic prefix ratio is different than the first cyclic prefix ratio.

摘要: Aspects of the present disclosure provide for opportunistic uplink transmissions within a slot. In some examples, after scheduling all regular uplink transmissions within a current slot, a base station (e.g., gNB) may identify a set of unused uplink resources within the current slot and generate and transmit unused resource information identifying the set of unused resources to the user equipment (UE) within the cell served by the base station. If a particular UE is configured to operate in an opportunistic mode, the UE may utilize the unused resource information to generate and transmit an opportunistic uplink transmission within the set of unused uplink resources.

摘要: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques and apparatus for low density parity check (LDPC) interleaving with improved error floor performance. A method for wireless communications that may be provided by a transmitting device is provided. The method generally includes encoding one or more information bits using a LDPC code to produce a coded bit sequence comprising systematic bits and parity bits. The transmitting device stores the coded bit sequence in a circular buffer. The transmitting device performs rate matching on the coded bit sequence. The rate matching includes interleaving the parity bits with a partial interleaver and interleaving the systematic bits and interleaved parity bits with a systematic bit priority mapping (SBPM) interleaver. The transmitting device maps the SBPM interleaved bit sequence to constellation points according to a modulation scheme and transmits the modulated bit sequence.

摘要: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first base station (BS) may detect remote interference, with one or more uplink communications on a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) associated with the first BS, caused by propagation of one or more reference signal (RS) communications, transmitted by a second BS, out of a coverage area of the second BS and into a coverage area of the first BS due to reflection of the one or more RS communications. The coverage area of the first BS and the coverage area of the second BS are non-overlapping coverage areas. The first BS may adjust, based at least in part on detecting the remote interference, one or more radio resource allocations of the PUSCH associated with the first BS. Numerous other aspects are provided.

摘要: Various aspects relate to flexible mobility for a user equipment (UE) based on supported mobility modes of a network and UE conditions. A network may support one or more of a downlink based mobility mode, an uplink based mobility mode, or a hybrid mobility mode for a connectivity state of a UE. A UE may determine a serving cell based on at least one downlink signal. The UE may determine based on the at least one downlink signal, a set of supported mobility modes for the serving cell, including at least one of a downlink based mobility mode, an uplink based mobility mode, or a hybrid based mobility mode. The UE may follow a mobility procedure based on a selected mobility mode from the determined set of supported mobility modes. Other aspects relate to a base station transmitting synchronization signals to support flexible mobility.
