摘要： The present invention discloses a receiving system and a method of processing data to receiving and processing mobile service data. The receiving system may include a signal receiving unit, a demodulating unit, a data processor, and a middleware engine. The signal receiving unit receives a broadcasting signal, which includes IP packets, payload of the IP packets including a DSM-CC module data part and a DSM-CC header, the DSM-CC module data part including a plurality of DSM-CC objects, and the DSM-CC header including identification information for identifying the DSM-CC module. The demodulating unit demodulates the received broadcasting signal including IP packets. The data processor extracts a plurality of DSM-CC objects of a corresponding payload with reference to DSM-CC header information of the IP packets demodulated by the demodulating unit and configuring a DSM-CC module, which includes identification information and the extracted DSM-CC objects. The middleware engine provides a data broadcasting service by driving application corresponding to the DSM-CC module.

摘要： A method of processing broadcast data in a broadcast transmitter includes performing Reed-Solomon (RS) encoding and Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) encoding on mobile service data to build at least one RS frame including the mobile service data and dividing the at least one RS frame into a plurality of portions; dividing each of the plurality of portions into several Serial Concatenated Convolutional Code (SCCC) blocks according to SCCC block mode information, encoding data in the SCCC blocks, and mapping the SCCC blocks including the encoded data to data blocks according to the SCCC block mode information; encoding signaling data including fast information channel (FIC) data and transmission parameter channel (TPC) data; and modulating a broadcast signal including data in the data blocks and the encoded signaling data.

摘要： The present invention is directed to a digital broadcast system and a data processing method. A broadcast signal in which mobile service data and main service data are multiplexed is transmitted and received. Then, in a broadcasting receiver, the program table information including information about a service or a program of an ensemble is parsed according to an identifier of the ensemble in which the mobile service data are multiplexed, in the received broadcast signal. And a mobile service is outputted by using the mobile service data and the parsed program table information.

The method includes receiving a broadcast signal including mobile broadcast service data and main broadcast service data, wherein the mobile broadcast service data configures a data group, wherein the data group is divided into a plurality of regions, wherein N number of known data sequences are inserted in some regions among the plurality of regions, and wherein a transmission parameter is inserted between a first known data sequence and a second known data sequence, among the N number of known data sequences, detecting the transmission parameter from the mobile broadcast service data, controlling power based upon the detected transmission parameter, thereby receiving a data group including requested mobile broadcast service data, extracting video data from the mobile broadcast service data and decoding the extracted video data, the decoding step comprising performing overlap smoothing on the video data and performing loop filtering on the overlap-smoothed video data.

摘要： The present invention provides a method of processing data in digital broadcasting system. The method includes receiving a broadcast signal including mobile broadcast service data and main broadcast service data, wherein the mobile broadcast service data configures a RS frame, and wherein the RS frame includes at least one data packet corresponding to the mobile broadcast service data, an RS parity generated based upon the at least one data packet, and a CRC checksum generated based upon the at least one data packet and the RS parity, performing CRC-decoding and RS-decoding on the RS frame, thereby correcting errors occurred in the corresponding mobile broadcast service data, extracting video data from the mobile broadcast service data, and decoding the extracted video data, wherein the video data includes data of a base layer and data of an enhanced layer and wherein the enhanced layer has a spatial resolution or an image quality different from that of the base layer.

摘要： The present invention discloses a receiving system and a method of processing data to receiving and processing mobile service data.
