The main object of the present invention is to provide a color filter for a transflective type color liquid crystal display which is easily produced and capable of displaying the same color tone with both of a reflecting light and a transmitting light, and shows light scattering in a reflective light region. In order to attain the above mentioned object, the present invention provides a color filter for transflective type color liquid crystal display comprising a transparent substrate and a reflective light coloring layer and a transmissive light coloring layer formed on the transparent substrate, wherein, a convex-concave is formed on a surface of a liquid crystal layer side of the reflective light coloring layer, and an average thickness of the reflective light coloring layer is formed to be thinner than the thickness of the transmissive light coloring layer, and a refractive index difference between the reflective light coloring layer and a layer in contact with the surface of the convex-concave formed side of the reflective light coloring layer, is 0.1 or more. Further, a main object of the present invention is to provide a color filter for transflective type liquid crystal display comprising a transparent membrane pattern region obtained by laminating: a transparent substrate; a transparent membrane pattern layer comprising a transparent membrane formed in a pattern on the transparent substrate; and a coloring layer formed so as to cover the transparent membrane pattern layer.

An optical and electrical compound connector, which enables to transmit and to receive light signals and electric signals of a plurality of systems and to transmit and to receive these signals with respect to other electric wiring board, is achieved with downsizing and easing connection work thereof. The optical and electrical compound connector 1 is comprised of a sheet-shaped base board 2 and a socket 3 into which this base board 2 is inserted. The sheet-shaped base board 2 is a flexible base board capable of transmission and reception of the light and electric signals, in which a light guide 21 and conductor patterns 22 extended in an insertion direction 10, are formed. The socket 3 performs the transmission and reception of the light and electric signals with the sheet-shaped base board 2 and transmits and receives the signals with an electric wiring board 8. The socket 3 comprises a connector main body 4 to which the sheet-shaped base board 2 is connected, a light-sensitive element and/or a light emitting element 5 which performs the transmission and/or reception of the light signals with the light guide 21, and contacts 6 which performs the transmission and/or reception of the electric signals with the conductor patterns 22. Thereafter, the substrate is spinned in the plane of the surface thereof to disperse the spread viscous liquid uniformly by centrifugal force over the entire surface of the substrate, whereby a thin coating of the liquid of a uniform thickness is formed on the surface of the substrate.

Provided are a procedurally simple and safe method and kit for measuring the concentration in a biological sample of a physiologically active substance which binds to a receptor that causes a change in intracellular cAMP concentration. By providing a composition including genetically-modified cells which show co-expression of a receptor that causes a change in intracellular cAMP concentration, a cyclic nucleotide-responsive calcium channel, and aequorin luminescent protein, it is possible to measure how much of a physiologically active substance which binds to said receptor is included in a biological sample.
