Abstract: A subpixel circuit, a display panel, and a display device are disclosed. A subpixel circuit for operating a subpixel of a display panel may include: a reference circuit configured to receive a high-potential voltage and to output a control voltage for controlling a driving current flowing through a light emitting element; a light emitting circuit including the light emitting element, the light emitting circuit being configured to receive the control voltage and a low-potential voltage and to control the light emitting element based on a driving voltage; an amplification circuit configured to compare the control voltage and a data voltage to generate the driving voltage for controlling the light emitting circuit; and an input circuit configured to receive the data voltage and a first scan signal and to control a timing of applying the data voltage to the amplification circuit based on the first scan signal.

Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein relate to a touch display panel and a touch display device. By arranging a shielding structure, which is connected to a touch electrode in a region where a touch line and a data line overlap each other or is applied with a shielding signal corresponding to a touch driving signal from an outside circuit, between the touch line and the data line, it is possible to prevent direct capacitance from being formed between the touch line and the data line, and to prevent the capacitance formed due to the data line from causing noise on a touch sensing signal. In addition, by arranging a touch load reduction layer between the shielding structure and the touch line, it is also possible to reduce the capacitance between the touch line and the data line arranged in the horizontal direction, thereby improving touch sensing performance.

Abstract: A touch display panel and a touch display device. A shield electrode is disposed between a display electrode and touch electrodes, is driven using a signal corresponding to a signal applied to the touch electrodes. Display noise is blocked using the shield electrode, so that the sensitivity of touch sensing signals received from the touch electrodes are improved. In addition, due to the improved sensitivity of touch sensing signals, the performance of touch sensing based on a change in the self-capacitance of the touch electrodes is improved. Both a touch sensing function based on a change in the self-capacitance of the touch electrodes and a touch sensing function based on a change in the mutual capacitance of the touch electrodes are provided.

Abstract: A gate driver circuit, a display panel, and a display device. A number of emission start signals, with at least one a delay time, a pulse width, or a combination thereof, are supplied in a frame period in which display driving is performed at a low driving frequency. This decreases a degree by which luminance appearing in the frame period is reduced, or changes characteristics of frequency components of luminance, thereby preventing flicker from being observed. The display driving is performed at the low driving frequency reduces power consumption, and is performed at a lower driving frequency to improve the efficiency of the display device.

Abstract: A touch display panel and device. A common electrode is provided between a display driving signal line and a touch line. The common electrode functions as a shielding pattern that prevents display noise of a touch sensing signal without increasing the number of masks used to form the touch display device. A touch load reducing layer is disposed in a region between the touch line and the common electrode, except for a region in which the common electrode and pixel electrodes overlap. This reduces the load of the touch line and improves touch sensing performance without having an adverse effect on display driving.

Abstract: A touch display device and a method of driving the same. A transition value due to polarity inversion of a data voltage supplied to a predetermined number of adjacent subpixels is reduced by varying an inversion pattern by analysis of image data, so that fluctuations in the voltage of touch electrodes due to the transition of the data voltage are minimized. Accordingly, noise due to fluctuations in the voltage of the touch electrodes is removed so as to improve the performance of touch sensing performed in a period in which display driving is performed.
