Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for producing a catalyst for the reforming of hydrocarbons, preferably methane, in the presence of CO2, water and/or hydrogen. The production of the catalyst is based on contacting of a hydrotalcite-comprising starting material with a fusible metal salt. The compounds which have been brought into contact with one another are intimately mixed and treated thermally, resulting in the fusible metal salt forming a melt. After molding, the material is subjected to a high-temperature calcination step. The metal salt melt comprises at least one metal selected from the group consisting of K, La, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu and Ce, preferably Ni. The metal salt melt more preferably comprises nickel nitrate hexahydrate. In addition, the invention relates to the use of the catalyst of the invention for the reforming of hydrocarbons, preferably methane, in the presence of CO2, water and/or hydrogen at elevated pressures which are greater than 5 bar, preferably greater than 10 bar, particularly preferably greater than 20 bar. The catalyst according to the invention is distinguished from the prior art by particular, preferred physicochemical properties.
Abstract:
The invention is based on a hammer drill and/or chisel hammer, having an impact mechanism unit, an impact mechanism housing and at least one damping unit. The invention proposes that the damping unit is arranged on the impact mechanism housing along a main extension direction of the impact mechanism unit.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a tool receptacle (1), in particular for a hammer drill and/or rotary hammer, comprising a receptacle body (2) which has an insertion opening (3) for accommodating a tool shank (4), an axially displaceable locking control element (41) for axially locking the tool shank (4) in the insertion opening (3), and a rotatably mounted locking control body (41) for rotationally locking the receptacle body (2). Provision is made for the locking control element and the locking control body to be designed as a common component (41).
Abstract:
The present invention concerns a device (10) for the manufacture of compressed particle beds having a container (22) for receiving particles respectively materials in particle form, a guiding device (14) for the support and guidance of the container (22) and a compression equipment (22), whereby the compression equipment (20) is in effective connection with the container (22).
Abstract:
A hand-held power tool, in particular a rotary hammer, is indicated that includes a machine housing (10) with a tool fitting (12) integrated therein, the tool fitting (12) being rotatably drivable in a first mode and being non-rotatably fixable on the machine housing (10) in a second mode, and that includes a duty-type switch (20) with a coupling element (21) capable of being displaced to activate the modes, and an actuating element (22) that induces its displacement. To prevent maloperation and resultant damage to the machine when the operator switches between modes, the actuating element is designed as an electrical actuator (23), preferably as an electromagnet (25) controlled by an electronic control unit (24) (FIG. 1).
Abstract:
The present invention is based on a method for operating a guided power tool (10), in particular an electric power tool, with a rotatably and/or percussively driven insert tool (36), whereby the insert tool (36) is driven into a work piece (34) in a work process. It is proposed that at least one measured signal detected at the power tool (10) during the work process is evaluated to derive a property of the work piece (34) located in the working direction of the Insert tool (36), and the power tool (10) is operated in accordance with the property. A guided power tool is also proposed.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a workstation for the handling of chemicals and containers, in particular of containers as used in a laboratory, in combination with a metering device for solids and liquids. The workstation comprises at least: (i) a platform, which has at least one module with at least one reservoir for a sample and at least one module with at least one target container (ii) a metering system for the metering of the sample, (iii) a portal system, which is arranged above the platform and which maneuvers the metering system to all three directions in space, (iv) a control device for controlling the movements of the metering system, and (v) a measuring system for the samples. Thereby, the metering system (ii) has a gripper device for the uptake of a metering tool and/or of the containers, and said metering tool is supported within at least one module on the platform.
Abstract:
A lubricating device for lubricating a tool unit includes a lubricating unit, wherein the lubricating unit is configured for using a damming motion for lubricating the tool unit.
Abstract:
A snap ring for shafts or bores is proposed, which is able to be axially fixed in position by snapping into place in a circumferential groove. The snap ring is provided with a centering ring which, when the case of the snap ring is installed in the circumferential groove, extends with radial clearance to an annular clip of the snap ring, which is disposed approximately concentrically to the circumferential groove.
Abstract:
A hand held power tool formed as a hammer drill has a strikingly drivable tool holder having a base body, at least one locking body with which the base body is form-lockingly connectable and through which the base body is fixable in a rotary direction in at least two positions, the locking body being formed as a ring-shaped component.
