    摘要: A fluid compressor is provided which includes a closed case having a case body with an open end and cover for closing the open end of the case body to house drive compressor sections and therein. The compressor section has a cylinder having an axial line and both ends located on sucking and discharging sides thereof, rotated by the drive section, a rotating body provided with an axial line offset to the axial line and a spiral groove formed on the outer circumference thereof at such a pitch that becomes smaller and smaller as it comes from the sucking side end thereof nearer to the discharging side thereof, and arranged to contact a part of the outer circumference thereof with the inner circumference of the cylinder. The compressor section also includes a spiral blade made of rigid material and arranged in the spiral groove of the rotating body to be freely slidable in the radial direction of the rotating body while keeping its outer circumference closely contacted with the inner circumference of the cylinder to partition a space between the cylinder and the rotating body into plural operating chambers, and a rotation force transmitting system for connecting the cylinder and the rotating body to drive them. The compressor section is supported directly by the closed case through a bearing located on the sucking side of the cylinder. Another bearing located on the discharging side of the cylinder is supported, movable relative to the closed case, by a support plate.

    摘要: A fluid compressor includes a cylinder and a columnar rotary rod. The rod is arranged in the cylinder so as to extend in the axial direction thereof and be eccentric thereto, and orbitable relative to the cylinder without rotation with respect to the cylinder while part of the rod is in contact with the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder. A spiral groove is formed on the outer circumference of the rod and a spiral blade is fitted in the groove. The space between the outer circumference surface of the rod and the inner circumference surface of the cylinder is divided by the blade into a plurality of operating chambers. The groove has an overall length larger than that of the blade by a predetermined length so that the blade is displaceable relative to the rod in the radial and circumferential directions of the rod without sliding on the inner circumferential of the cylinder.

    摘要: A fluid compressor includes a cylindrical casing, a cylinder arranged in the casing to be rotatable and coaxial with the casing, and a columnar rotary body located in the cylinder and extending in the axial direction of the cylinder. When the cylinder and rotary body are relatively rotated by a motor section, a fluid, introduced into the one end of the cylinder, is transferred toward the other end of the cylinder through the operating chambers and compressed during the transfer. The motor section includes an annular stator fixed to the outer circumferential surface of the casing, and a rotor located within the casing and fixed to the outer circumferential surfaces of the cylinder to be coaxial with the casing.

    摘要: A compressor includes a cylinder, and a rotating body located in the cylinder. A spiral groove is formed on the outer periphery of the rotating body. A spiral blade is fitted in the groove and divides the space between the inner periphery of the cylinder and the outer periphery of the rotating body into operating chambers which have volumes gradually decreasing with distance from one end of the cylinder. When the cylinder and rotating body are relatively rotated, a fluid, introduced into the one end of the cylinder, is transported toward the other end of the cylinder through the operating chambers. A pair of bearings rotatably supports both ends of the cylinder and rotatably supports the corresponding ends of the rotating body. One of the bearings is supported by a support mechanism to be movable in the radial direction of the cylinder relative to a closed case which houses the above components therein.

    摘要: A value cover of a compressor is manufactured by the following steps. First, a first metal plate, which has depressed portions for defining a muffling chamber and a connecting passage, is prepared. A second metal plate, which has depressed portions for defining a discharge chamber and the muffling chamber, is prepared. Then, the metal plates are joined together to form an integral structure having the discharge chamber, the muffling chamber, and the connecting passage defined by the depressed portions. Thereafter, the integral structure is bent at the portion for the connecting passage so that a predetermined angle is formed between the discharge chamber and the first metal plate forms the inner part of the bent portion and the muffling chamber.
