    摘要: The feeder connector consists of feeding-side and receiving side connectors, wherein the feeding-side connector consists of a connector body slidably installed in a front half section of a cylindrical-shape casing, and a handle movably mounted in a rear half section of the casing such that it advances to push the connector body against the receiving-side connector in accordance with a rotational movement of a lever. To the lever there are provided; a primary locking means for locking the lever such that the connector body and the mating connector body are maintained engaged with each other, a secondary locking means for locking the primary locking means in the locked state, which secondary locking means comprising an electromagnetic coil, and a means for releasing the lever from a primarily locked state thereof after the primary locking means is released from said secondary locking means through de-energizing of the electromagnetic coil. In addition, the feeding-side connector further comprises a preliminary fitting means for preliminarily fitting the casing to the receiving-side connector before connecting it to the receiving-side connector, and also a stopping means for hampering the connector body from moving forward to be connected to the receiving-side connector before being fitted thereto.

    摘要: There is provided a method of integrally molding a connector in which the number of components can be reduced, and productivity can be enhanced.The method of integrally molding a connector according to the invention includes a first step of injection molding elastic resin 15 around a connection part 9 and an end part of a cover part 5 of an electric wire which is positioned adjacent to the connection part 9 thereby to bond the cover part 5 and the elastic resin 15 to each other, and a second step of injection molding resin 17 around the elastic resin 15 so as to compress the elastic resin 15 thereby to press-fit the elastic resin 15 to a terminal 11, and at the same time, to bond the elastic resin 15 and the resin 17 to each other.

    摘要: A male terminal comprises an electrical contact portion and an insulating member made of insulating material. The electrical contact portion is inserted into and connected to a female terminal. The insulating member includes a to-be-received portion accommodated in the electrical contact portion and a to-be-exposed portion. The electrical contact portion includes a bottom wall upon which the to-be-received portion is disposed, and a top wall. The to-be-received portion is positioned between the bottom wall and the top wall having a securing engagement portion brought into engagement with the to-be-received portion. The male terminal is made by placing the to-be-received portion upon the bottom wall while the bottom wall, the top wall, and the securing engagement portion are flush with each other, bending them such that the to-be-received portion resides between the top wall and the bottom wall, and bringing the securing engagement portion into engagement with the to-be-received portion.

    摘要: A urine receiver which is sanitary, easy to attach, and furthermore, prevents urine leakage even when a wearer repeatedly changes positions is provided. A urine receiver 10 is implemented in a urine collection processing system wherein urine discharged from the wearer is suctioned into a urine tank via a urethral tube. The urine receiver 10 comprises, at the least: a liquid permeable, air-impermeable sheet 21 which is placed opposite of and covering the urethral meatus of the wearer; a leak-proof sheet 22 which is placed on the surface of the air-impermeable sheet 21 opposite to the urethral meatus and bonds to the outer border of the air-impermeable sheet 21; a suction part 26 which is provided between the air-impermeable sheet 21 and the leak-proof sheet 22 and to which the urethral tube 11 is connected; and a gathers part 16 for sealing the space between the air-impermeable sheet 21 and the wearer's skin surface which is provided on the outer border part of the air-impermeable sheet 21 on the urethral meatus side.
