摘要： A method for fabricating a semiconductor device is disclosed. The semiconductor device includes a capacitor and a support insulator. The capacitor includes a cylindrical electrode. The cylindrical electrode comprises upper and lower sections. The lower section has a roughened inner surface and an outer surface supported by the support insulator. The upper section upwardly projects from the support insulator. An initial cylindrical electrode is formed, wherein the initial cylindrical electrode comprises an initial upper section and an initial lower section which correspond to the upper section and the lower section of the cylindrical electrode, respectively. The initial upper section is supported by the support insulator. Specific impurities are implanted into the initial upper section, wherein the specific impurities serve to prevent the initial upper section from being roughened. Then, the initial cylindrical electrode is exposed to a roughening process so that the initial lower section is roughened to be the lower section.

摘要： A probiotic lactobacillus was discovered from lactobacilli of the Lactobacillus genus independently isolated from human adult feces. The probiotic lactobacillus was selected from other bacterial strains for: (1) being highly resistant to gastric acid/bile acid; (2) having a high promoting activity on IL-12 production from mouse derived spleen cells and a high Th1/Th2 balance-improving effect; (3) having a high ability to inhibit the production of antigen-specific IgE induced by intraperitoneally administering ovalbumin to BALB/c mice; (4) having a high ability to inhibit the production of antigen-specific IgE induced by orally administering a food antigen to C57BL/6N mice; (5) having a high Natural Killer cell-activating ability; (6) having a high IL-12 production-promoting activity on spleen cells and mesenteric lymph node cells derived from mice immunized with ovalbumin and a high Th1/Th2 balance-improving effect; and (7) having a high ability to suppress eosinophilia induced by a cedar pollen-extracted antigen. This discovery led to the completion of the present invention.

摘要： A noncontact voltage sensor is housed in a container comprising a container body having an opening on one side and an insulation cover body for sealing the opening. A plate type electrode insulated from a ground is housed in the container. The cover body side is opposed to a charging part of such as cables of an aerial line. A voltage is induced in the plate type electrode due to aerial electric charges between the charging part and the plate type electrode in the container, allowing detection of the voltage in the charging part. The cover body of the noncontact sensor is made of a fluorine containing resin such as an ethylene tetrafluoride resin to prevent a water film from forming on the outside surface of the insulation cover body and causing deterioration of the detection.

摘要： A process for forming bottom and top electrodes of a capacitor uses a source gas including tungsten nitride carbide (WNC) which contains no chlorine, to form an amorphous electrode film. This prevents the amorphous capacitor insulation from being crystallized, and also prevents addition of chlorine into the capacitor insulation film, during a later heat treatment. Prevention of crystallization and addition of chlorine suppresses deterioration of the capacitor insulation film, to thereby reduce the leakage current across the capacitor insulation film.

The element further includes a second connecting section that connects the first frame and the second frame and defines a second axis of rotation for a second rotational operation of the first frame and the movable main section with respect to the second frame. A first drive mechanism is provided for generating a driving force for the first rotational operation. A second drive mechanism is provided for generating a driving force for the second rotational operation. The first axis of rotation and the second axis of rotation are not orthogonal.
