    Abstract: A surface cleaning apparatus includes a momentum separator, which includes an outer liquid collection chamber and an inner solid collection chamber that is positioned within the outer liquid collection chamber and separated from the outer liquid collection chamber by an inner chamber wall. At least a portion of the inner chamber wall is porous. The air flow path comprises an inlet conduit that extends from the dirty air inlet to the inner solid collection chamber, and a downstream air flow path extends from the inner solid collection chamber to a suction motor and the porous portion of the inner chamber wall connects the inner solid collection chamber in fluid communication with the downstream air flow path. Air travelling through the inlet conduit enters the inner solid collection chamber in a first flow direction and air exits the inner solid collection chamber is a second, different flow direction.

    Abstract: A hand vacuum cleaner has a body portion housing a suction motor. An air treatment member assembly comprises an air treatment member assembly body, a rear door and an air treatment member. The air treatment member has a front end, a rear end, an air inlet and an air outlet provided at the rear end of the air treatment member. The air treatment member assembly is moveable to an emptying position.     Abstract: A system comprising a vacuum cleaner and an apparatus for receiving dirt from a dirt collection region of the vacuum cleaner. The apparatus has an air flow passage from an inlet port to a clean air outlet, wherein the dirt collection region of the vacuum cleaner is positionable in air flow communication with the inlet port. In an emptying mode of operation, a motor and fan assembly of the system produces a flow of air that conveys dirt from the dirt collection region of the vacuum cleaner to the air treatment member of the apparatus. The vacuum cleaner is docked with the apparatus by a user moving the dirt collection region in a downward direction to a position in which, during the emptying mode of operation, the flow of air conveys the dirt from the dirt collection region of the vacuum cleaner downwardly to the air treatment member of the apparatus.

    Abstract: An air fryer comprises an air flow passage provided between an inner shell and an outer shell; a first cooking chamber having a first cooking fan in air flow communication with the first cooking chamber and a first heating element in thermal communication with the first cooking chamber. A cooling fan, when actuated, circulates air within the airflow passage. A common motor is drivingly connected to each of the cooking fan and the cooling fan, wherein a first axle portion drivingly connects the common motor to the cooking fan, a second axle portion drivingly connects the common motor to the cooling fan and, when the air fryer is positioned with the bottom on a horizontal surface, the first axle portion extends upwardly from an upper side of the common motor and the second axle portion extends downwardly from a lower side of the common motor.
