    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a Fe—Si alloy powder. A method for manufacturing a Fe—Si alloy powder includes: providing a mixture of an Al2O3 powder, an active agent powder, a Si powder, and a Fe powder; heating the mixture with a temperature of 700° C. to 1200° C. in the hydrogen atomosphere; magnetically separating a Fe-containing material from the mixture; and separating a Fe—Si alloy powder by soaking the Fe-containing material in an alkali solution. In the heating of the mixture, the Si powder is deposited on the surface of the Fe powder and diffused into the Fe powder.

    摘要: An outer rotor-type motor of the present invention comprises a stator block, a stator, a main cooling part, an outer rotor and an outer housing. The stator block is formed in the shape of a cylinder with a rear end closed. The stator block is installed on a shaft passing through a central portion of the rear end thereof. The stator is fixedly installed on an outer circumferential surface of the stator block. The main cooling portion is provided on an inner circumferential surface of the stator block to lower temperature of a corresponding portion. The outer rotor rotatably installed at an outside of the stator and the outer housing has a circumferential portion fixed to a front circumferential portion of the outer rotor.

The image signal processor according to an embodiment of the present invention has an encoding unit, which generates encoded image data by encoding, in accordance with a predetermined encoding method, image data corresponding to an electrical signal inputted from an image sensor, and a data output unit, which temporarily stores the image data encoded by the encoding unit and transfers the stored encoded image data to a receiving part. The data output unit can input a skip command, which makes the process of a following frame skip, to the image sensor or the encoding unit in case input start information of the following frame is inputted from the image sensor or the encoding unit while a preceding frame is processed by the encoding unit, the skip command. Therefore, it becomes possible to increase the process efficiency of the back-end chip and to reduce the power consumption.

According to the present invention, a lens with total internal reflection surfaces with different slopes, and a linear and/or curved refractive surface(s) allows light emitted forward from a luminescent chip to be guided to a side of the lens. Further, a linear surface(s) formed in a direction perpendicular or parallel to a central axis of a lens and a curved surface are formed on an edge of the lens so that a process of fabricating the lens is facilitated, thereby reducing a defective rate and fabrication costs of the lens.
