    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may communicate a connection release message via a first beam to release a connection between the UE and a network entity. The UE may obtain an indication associated with a second beam of a non-terrestrial network entity indicating a set of one or more beams associated with a paging early indication. The UE may monitor for the PEI paging message based on whether the first beam is included in the set of one or more beams. Alternatively, the UE may skip monitoring for the PEI based on the first beam being excluded from the set of one or more beams, and the UE may monitor for a paging message during a paging occasion. In some examples, the UE may receive a message indicating the set of one or more beams from the non-terrestrial network entity.

    Abstract: Radio frequency (RF) sensing of a target object by a wireless network is supported by a sensing node and a network node using sensing assistance data. The sensing assistance data may include information for Doppler estimation from received RF signals. The information for Doppler estimation, for example, may include an indication of phase coherency of RF signals, such as phase coherence found in positioning reference signal (PRS) resources, resource sets, transmission reception points (TRPs), frequency layer or any combination thereof. The sensing assistance data may include an association of PRS resources and reference point objects (RPOs) so RF signals reflected from the RPOs may be excluded from the sensing measurements. The sensing assistance data may include beam pattern information for PRS resources for beam coordination for RF sensing.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatuses, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for wireless communication. In one aspect of the disclosure, a method for wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving cross-link interference (CLI) resource configuration information and angle-of-arrival (AoA) estimation configuration information, The method also includes receiving CLI associated with an uplink transmission transmitted by another UE, and determining a CLI value for the CLI based on the CLI resource configuration information. The method includes determining an AoA value associated with the CLI based on the AoA estimation configuration information, the AoA value corresponding to an estimated AoA at the UE associated with the uplink transmission. The method further includes transmitting CLI report data indicating the determined CLI value and AoA report data indicating the estimated AoA value. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, devices and systems for channel sounding for wireless communications. Some implementations more specifically relate to scheduling sounding reference signal (SRS) resource sets for wireless devices having more than 4 receive (RX) antenna ports. In some implementations, a base station may determine an antenna switching capability of a user equipment (UE). The antenna switching capability indicates a number of RX antenna ports of the UE. The base station schedules a number of SRS resource sets for the UE based at least in part on the number of RX antenna ports in excess of four. For example, the number of RX antenna ports may be equal to 8. As another example, the number of RX antenna ports may be equal to 6. The base station further receives, from the UE, uplink transmissions of one or more SRS resources for each of the scheduled SRS resource sets.
