摘要： There is provided a development apparatus including: a first developer storage container and a second developer storage container that store developer, having a first a and second openings, respectively; a first transport member provided within the first developer storage container, and that causes the developer to move to the second developer storage container via the first opening; a second transport member provided within the second developer storage container, and that causes the developer to move to the first developer storage container via the second opening; a developer holding member that performs development by causing the developer to move to a position facing an image holding body on which a latent image is formed; and a moving member provided so as to fit between an inner wall face of the second developer storage container and an outer edge of the second transport member.

摘要： An acquisition section acquires trace information including a plurality of log information having information on contents and types of log information based on message information of test signals transmitted to a communication terminal and a series of reply signals from the communication terminals, and provides clock time information at which the respective message information have been acquired. The trace information including the plurality of log information, is displayed in predetermined formats. An indication bar display section displays an indication bar on which the plurality of log information are arranged in a time series based on the clock time at which the respective message information have been acquired. A log sequence display section displays a predetermined number of log information as log sequences having time stamps based on the clock time information at which the respective log information have been acquired, so as to be associated with the indication bar.

摘要： A fault searching system for an optical line searches a fault in an optical line connected with an optical fiber carrying out data transmission between from a transmission apparatus at a center station side via an optical divider (PON) up to a user optical terminal. An OTDR carries out a test for the optical fiber based on backward scattering light or return light from the optical fiber by making test light be incident into the optical fiber. A connecting unit detaches a terminal portion of the optical line at an inside of the user optical terminal from the inside of the user optical terminal, and connects the OTDR to the terminal portion of the optical line. An incident unit makes at least one of test light with a wavelength different from a wavelength of light used for data transmission in the optical line, and test light whose peak level is less than or equal to a predetermined level be incident upon the terminal portion of the optical line from the OTDR. A searching unit searches for a fault in the optical line from the user optical terminal side by detecting backward scattering light or return light from the optical line which is obtained based on the incidence of the test light by the OTDR.

摘要： According to a focus monitoring method, an exposure mask on which a focus monitor pattern comprising at least two types of pattern groups is formed is prepared. A pattern group A of the at least two pattern groups is illuminated with illumination light while a barycenter of an illumination light source of illumination optics is in an off-axis state. At least a pattern group B of the at least two pattern groups is illuminated with illumination light while the barycenter of the illumination light source is in an on-axis state. A positional deviation between the pattern groups A and B transferred onto a substrate is measured. An effective focus position can be monitored from this positional deviation.
