    Abstract: A matching circuit includes an input terminal, an output terminal, a first impedance component, a first set of switching devices, a second impedance component, a second set of switching devices and a controller. The first impedance component includes a first terminal coupled between the input terminal and the output terminal, and a second terminal. The first set of switching devices is coupled to the second terminal of the first impedance component, the controller and a reference terminal. The second impedance component includes a first terminal coupled between the second terminal of the first impedance component and the first set of switching devices, and a second terminal. The second set of switching devices is coupled to the second terminal of the second impedance component, the controller and the reference terminal. The controller controls the first set of switch devices and the second set of switch devices according to a detection signal.

    Abstract: A front end module includes a first radio frequency (RF) terminal, a second RF terminal, a third RF terminal, a transmission path and a reception path. The transmission path is formed between the first RF terminal and the third RF terminal. The reception path is formed between the first RF terminal and the second RF terminal. The reception path includes a first set of switches, a second set of switches, a third set of switches and an amplifier. An amplifier is coupled to the second set of switches and the second RF terminal. The third set of switches is coupled to the first set of switches and the second RF terminal. When a transmission signal is transmitted to the first RF terminal via the transmission path, the first set of switches, the second set of switches and the third set of switches are turned off.

    Abstract: A radio frequency (RF) switch includes a first terminal, a second terminal, a series switch circuit, a shunt switch circuit, an inductor and a reference voltage terminal. An RF signal at the first terminal. The series switch circuit is coupled to the first terminal, the second terminal, and the shunt switch circuit. The shunt switch circuit includes a sub-switch circuit, a transistor coupled to the sub-switch circuit, and a compensation capacitor parallel-coupled to the transistor. The inductor is coupled to the shunt switch circuit and the reference voltage terminal. When the RF signal is operated in a first frequency band, the first transistor is turned on for the shunt switch circuit and the inductor to provide a first impedance. When the RF signal is operated in a second frequency band, the first transistor is turned off for the shunt switch circuit and the inductor to provide a second impedance.

    Abstract: An amplifier device includes an amplifying unit and a bias module. The amplifying unit has a first end coupled to a voltage source configured to receive a source voltage, a second end configured to receive an input signal, and a third end coupled to a first reference potential terminal configured to receive a first reference potential. The first end of the amplifying unit is configured to output an output signal amplified by the amplifying unit. The bias module is coupled to the second end of the amplifying unit, and configured to receive a voltage signal to generate a bias current according to a first counter-gradient and a second counter-gradient, and provide the bias current to the amplifying unit. The voltage signal is a variable voltage. A supply current flowing into the amplifying unit and is adjusted in accordance with the voltage signal to stay within a predetermined range.

    Abstract: An amplifier device includes an amplifying unit and a bias module.
