    Abstract: The present invention provides a transmission device and transmission method for glass substrate. The transmission device includes a transmission channel and a calibration mechanism; wherein the transmission channel for loading and transmitting, the calibration mechanism being disposed next to the transmission channel and the calibration mechanism comprising: a first positioning pillar, a second positioning pillar and a driver module; the first positioning pillar being disposed on one side of the transmission channel and the second positioning pillar being disposed on the other side of the transmission channel; the driver module driving the first positioning pillar and the second positioning pillar through the conveyor belt to move towards or away from each other so as to calibrate the position of the glass substrate by clamping or releasing the glass substrate during transmission. The present invention can solve the position deviation problem during transmitting glass substrate.

    Abstract: A warehouse system and method for detecting air particles in a warehouse are disclosed. The warehouse system includes storage locations, air filters, a cartridge, and a control base. The air filters are correspondingly arranged on outer sides of each storage location. A detecting module of the cartridge detects the air particles on a surface of corresponding air filter of the abnormal storage locations. The detecting module further calculates a radius of the air particles and transmits the radius of the air particles to the control base. The control base determines if the corresponding air filter of the abnormal storage locations has leaked. The detecting process of the claimed invention is safer, more precise and convenient.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an aligning apparatus for glass substrate to properly align the glass substrate during transfer along a conveyor. The aligning apparatus includes a plurality of rollers, at least a pair of directional beams, at least a pair of positioning devices, a piston, and a detecting device. The detecting device is used to detect whether there is an offset of the glass substrate during the transportation, and the piston will be triggered once an offset is found and determined. The piston will move the positioning device such that a portion of the positioning device which extends to the roller will push the offset glass substrate so as to bring the glass substrate back to the correct position. The present invention also discloses a method to conduct the alignment of the glass substrate. By the disclosure of the present invention, the glass substrate transferred on the rollers can be automatically adjusted and aligned once an offset is found.

    Abstract: This invention provides a stacker with static elimination devices arranged at both sides of each shelf of the stacker and comprises a rectangular box producing charged ions. A rotary shaft is connected with the rectangular box and with both ends fixed on upper and lower shelf holders, respectively. A standpipe parallel with the rotary shaft is provided inside the rectangular box and includes a horizontal transverse plate on which an ion generator is installed. The standpipe includes a blowing device directing charged ions generated toward a cartridge transferred in and out of the shelf. With the static elimination devices at both sides of each shelf of the stacker, the charged ions are blown toward glass substrates disposed inside the cartridge transferred in and out of the shelf to eliminate the static of the glass substrate inside the cartridge and improve the yield.

    Abstract: A cylinder comprises a cylinder body, a main cavity body, a piston and a piston rod. Air inlets and air outlets are arranged in each of two opposite ends of the cylinder body. The cylinder is further configured with an anti-collision structure. The anti-collision structure comprises a buffer rod arranged on the piston. The cylinder body defines a receiving hole corresponding to the buffer rod. The receiving hole is configured with a first sealing ring that seals a gap between the buffer rod and the receiving hole.
