Abstract: An electronic apparatus includes a display unit and an input sensing unit. The display unit includes insulating layers, a signal line, a pad connected to an end portion of the signal line, and circuit elements. The insulating layers include a first insulating layer covering the circuit elements and exposing at least a portion of the circuit elements. The input sensing unit includes a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer including sensing patterns, and a second insulating layer between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. The second insulating layer exposes at least a portion of the first conductive layer. An insulating layer between the end portion of the signal line and the pad is defined as a pad insulating layer. A maximum thickness of the pad insulating layer is greater than a sum of thicknesses of the first and second insulating layers.

Abstract: An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate. A buffer layer is disposed on the substrate. The buffer layer includes a first opening exposing an upper surface of the substrate in a bending region. Pixel structures are positioned in a pixel region on the buffer layer. A fan-out wiring is positioned in the peripheral region and the pad region on the insulation layer structure such that the upper surface of the substrate and the first portion of the buffer layer are exposed. A passivation layer is disposed on the fan-out wiring, side walls of the insulation layer structure adjacent to the bending region, and the first portion of the buffer layer.
