    Abstract: An electronic apparatus includes a display unit and an input sensing unit. The display unit includes insulating layers, a signal line, a pad connected to an end portion of the signal line, and circuit elements. The insulating layers include a first insulating layer covering the circuit elements and exposing at least a portion of the circuit elements. The input sensing unit includes a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer including sensing patterns, and a second insulating layer between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. The second insulating layer exposes at least a portion of the first conductive layer. An insulating layer between the end portion of the signal line and the pad is defined as a pad insulating layer. A maximum thickness of the pad insulating layer is greater than a sum of thicknesses of the first and second insulating layers.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate. A buffer layer is disposed on the substrate. The buffer layer includes a first opening exposing an upper surface of the substrate in a bending region. Pixel structures are positioned in a pixel region on the buffer layer. A fan-out wiring is positioned in the peripheral region and the pad region on the insulation layer structure such that the upper surface of the substrate and the first portion of the buffer layer are exposed. A passivation layer is disposed on the fan-out wiring, side walls of the insulation layer structure adjacent to the bending region, and the first portion of the buffer layer. The passivation layer includes a third opening exposing the upper surface of the substrate in the bending region. A connection electrode is positioned in the bending region on the substrate.

    Abstract: A display device includes a non-display area adjacent a display area, a thin film transistor, a display element, a thin film encapsulation layer, an organic insulating layer, a power voltage line, and a protective layer. The thin film transistor is on the display area and is connected to the display element. The thin film encapsulation layer covers the display element. The organic insulating layer is between the thin film transistor and display element and extends to the non-display area. The organic insulating layer includes a central portion corresponding to the display area, an outer portion surrounding the central portion, and a division region dividing the central portion and the outer portion and surrounding the display area. The power voltage line is in the non-display area and includes a portion corresponding to the division region. The protective layer covers an upper surface of the power voltage line in the division region.

    Abstract: Provided are an organic light-emitting display device and a method of manufacturing the same. The organic light-emitting display device includes a panel including a display unit on which an image is formed and a pad unit including a plurality of terminals connected to the display unit and arranged in a plurality of rows on a substrate, and a flexible circuit board including metal wirings arranged in a plurality of layers so as to be respectively connected in correspondence to the plurality of rows of terminals in the pad unit and being coupled to the pad unit, in which the pad unit includes a one-row terminal zone in which only terminals in a single row from among the plurality of rows of terminals electrically connect the metal wirings to the display unit.
