An operating method of a policy control function (PCF) node in a wireless communication system, according to various embodiments of the present disclosure, comprises the steps of: determining, on the basis of preset conditions, whether to transmit a user equipment (UE) policy; transmitting a message including the UE policy; and receiving information related to a result of a policy section (PS) operation performed by a UE on the basis of the UE policy.
