摘要: A method for receiving downlink control information (DCI) in a communication system is provided. The method includes identifying a starting resource block of the allocated resource associated with an active bandwidth part based on a starting resource block associated with the initial bandwidth part and a scaling parameter, when a size for the DCI of DCI format 1_0 in a user equipment (UE) specific search space (USS) is derived from a size of the initial bandwidth part and the DCI of DCI format 1_0 is applied to the active bandwidth part, and identifying a length of contiguously allocated resource blocks of the allocated resource associated with the active bandwidth part based on a length contiguously allocated resource blocks associated with the initial bandwidth part and the scaling parameter.

摘要: A method and an apparatus for transmitting and receiving Time Division Duplex (TDD) frame configuration information are disclosed. The base station transmits TDD frame configuration information as system information to a user equipment through a common control channel so as to dynamically change the TDD frame configuration according to uplink and downlink traffic conditions. The base station may deliver the same system information to all user equipments in the cell, removing ambiguity in User Equipment (UE) operations and avoiding interference. In comparison to an existing method of delivering TDD frame configuration information through system information update, the disclosed method enables user equipments to rapidly cope with traffic changes. In addition, user equipments may receive and apply TDD frame configuration information at the same time.

摘要: A communication method and system for converging a 5G communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4G system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT) is disclosed. A method of a terminal in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes receiving downlink control information (DCI) including frequency domain resource allocation information on a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) from a base station, identifying an allocated resource for transmitting or receiving data based on the frequency domain resource allocation information, and transmitting or receiving the data on the allocated resource. When the frequency domain resource allocation information is based on a first bandwidth part of a first bandwidth and the DCI is for a second bandwidth part corresponding to a second bandwidth, the allocated resource is identified by applying a scaling factor based on the first bandwidth and the second bandwidth.

摘要: A random access method and an apparatus of a terminal for performing random access procedure to multiple base stations in parallel in a Long Term Evolution (LTE) system supporting dual connectivity are provided. The method includes determining whether a first preamble transmission to a first cell of a first base station is overlapped with a second preamble transmission to a second cell of a second base station in a time domain, determining, when the first preamble transmission is overlapped with the second preamble transmission in the time domain, whether a sum of transmit powers calculated for the first and second preamble transmissions is greater than a maximum allowed transmit power of the terminal, and controlling, when the sum of the first and second preamble transmit powers is greater than the maximum allowed transmit power, the transmit power calculated for the second preamble transmission.

摘要: The present invention defines a method for controlling uplink transmission power of a terminal in a communication system which is operated by combining heterogeneous systems. Specifically, the present invention defines a method for selectively applying a power control command in order to control uplink power of a terminal in a communication system which is operated by combining an LTE/LTE-A system with a system which applies a new radio access technology, and a method for differently operating power control units depending on whether beam sweeping is applied or not. Such methods efficiently control transmission power of a terminal, and lower the generation of uplink interference signals, thereby improving system efficiency.
