摘要: The present disclosure relates to a communication technique of fusing a 5G communication system for supporting higher data transmission rate beyond a 4G system with an IoT technology and a system thereof. The system may be used for an intelligent service (for example, smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car or connected car, health care, digital education, retail business, security and safety related service, or the like) based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT related technology. The present disclosure discloses a method and apparatus for inserting an index into a code block as a unit in which a channel code is executed and transmitting the same.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. The present invention presents a method for efficiently estimating a physical channel and, according to the present invention, a terminal of a communication system receives a synchronization signal from a base station, receives a broadcast channel from the base station, and can estimate the broadcast channel on the basis of the synchronization signal.

摘要: A master information block (MIB) received by a terminal from a base station includes information associated with a first subcarrier spacing for at least one system information block (SIBx) (x=1, 2, 3, . . . ) and a random access response. The SIBx, received based on the first subcarrier spacing, includes information associated with a second subcarrier spacing for a physical random access channel (PRACH). A random access preamble is transmitted to the base station based on the second subcarrier spacing, and the random access response is received from the base station based on the first subcarrier spacing.
