摘要: A speaker device includes an acoustic-vibration member, an actuator that is driven on the basis of a sound signal and that includes a displacement-output unit that can obtain the displacement corresponding to the sound signal, and a displacement-output-transfer member configured to connect the displacement-output unit to a point predetermined on a face of the acoustic-vibration member. A displacement output of the actuator is transferred to the predetermined point via the displacement-output-transfer member, and the acoustic-vibration member is excited in a face direction from the predetermined point according to the displacement output.

摘要: In a control method for an image reading system comprising an image scanning apparatus selectively reading an original as a reflective or transmissive original, an image processing apparatus receiving image data read by the image scanning apparatus and executing image processing of the image data, an operating unit, and a display unit. The control method includes determining whether the original is the reflective or transmissive original, executing reading of the reflective or transmissive original based on the determination result, processing the read image data, displaying details of processing executed and the image processing, and inputting an instruction to change the details of displayed processing. When the change instruction input instructs change of a process under execution or having been already executed, the image processing is executed again from the changed process.

摘要: A speaker has a pipe member with opposed open ends, and a sounding body that is attached to any one of the opposed open ends of the pipe member on the same axle as that of the pipe member. The sounding body is driven on the basis of an acoustic signal that is applied to the sounding body. Sound wave radiated from the sounding body and passed through an inside of the pipe member vibrates with a pipe wall of the pipe member, thereby to enable sound wave corresponding to the acoustic signal to radiate from a whole of an outside surface of the pipe member to outside.

摘要: An image reading system which, even if a user sets a transparent original of a wrong type in order to obtain a preview image, is capable of displaying the preview image which is suited to the type of the transparent original without executing pre-scanning again. When a film original is set on a scanner and an image is read therefrom to display a preview image, reading of the image is carried out by the same reading method irrespective of whether the film original is negative or positive. Image processing for displaying the preview image is changed according to the type of the film selected by the user.
