摘要： A product release system to atomize cosmetic compositions is described, which has (a) pressure-resistant packaging, (b) a capillary-containing spray head, and (c) a propellant-containing cosmetic composition. The atomization is done using the capillary and the composition is non-fluid at 77° F. (25° C.) or has a viscosity greater than 0.0007 lb/in2 s (5,000 mPa s). The capillary preferably has a diameter of 0.004-0.04 in (0.1 to 1 mm) and a length of 0.2-4 in (5 to 100 mm). The spray rate is preferably 0.0004-0.2 oz/s (0.01 to 5 g/s). The composition can be, in particular, gel-like, waxy, or emulsion-like and used for the treatment of hair or skin.

摘要： A hair wax product is made by a process, in which a solid wax composition is heated to melt or soften it and then foamed with a gas in a mixer that applies shear energy to it. The gas is preferably air or a non-reactive gas, such as nitrogen. The gas is introduced to the liquified or softened solid wax composition in a sufficient amount so that the density of the resulting hair wax product is less than or equal to 0.9 g/ml, preferably 0.6 to 0.8 g/ml. The hair wax product contains bubbles and/or pores having a size of from 0.0001 to 5 mm and has melting and softening properties such that rubbing it by hand is sufficient to remove a waxy portion from it and work the waxy portion into hair.

摘要： The preferably optically clear, transparent or translucent micromulsion contains from 20 to 60 percent by weight water; from 3 to 20 percent by weight of an oil phase, which contains hydrophobic oil that is liquid at 25° C. and optionally dissolved lipophilic materials, and from 20 to 60 percent by weight of an emulsifier mixture. The emulsifier mixture contains at least one first emulsifier, which is an ethoxylated castor oil and/or an ethoxylated hydrogenated castor oil, and at least one second emulsifier with an NRU50 value greater than 110 μg/ml. The microemulsion is usable as a cosmetic, dermatological or pharmaceutical preparation, especially as an agent for hair treatment.

摘要： The aqueous hair fixing gel has special rheological properties so that it can be dispensed from a container without dripping or becoming stringy. It contains from 1.5 to 10 percent by weight of at least one itaconic acid monoester/acrylate copolymer and from 0.1 to 15 percent by weight of at least one non-ionic, anionic, zwitterionic or amphoteric hair-fixing polymer. The itaconic acid monoester has a formula CH2═C(COOR1)CH2COOR2, wherein one of R1 and R2 represents hydrogen and the other represents —(CH2CH2O)x—R3, x is between 1 to 100 and R3 is an alkyl group having 8 to 30 carbon atoms. The aqueous hair treatment gel has a pH of greater than 7 and a viscosity of preferably from 2000 to 50,000 mPa.s, as measured at 25° C. The gel is formulated so that there is a gel viscosity maximum as a function of shear rate with increasing shear rate, preferably between 0.1 to 5.0 s−1.

In the method of treating, forming or maintaining the hair style the composition is distributed on the hair so that the fibers are deposited in the hair and then the hair is combed, set in the hair style and dried. Other fibers including viscose, polyester, cellulose, flax linen, wool and cotton can be used instead of silk or polyamide in the composition.
