Abstract:
A retractable bar includes an inner tube, an outer tube and a positioning assembly. The outer tube has a longitudinal sliding groove and multiple locating notches. The outer tube is axially movably sleeved onto the inner tube. The positioning assembly has a positioning block and a press button. The positioning block is accommodated in the longitudinal sliding groove, and the positioning block has a positioning protrusion and a threaded hole. The press button has a threaded portion engaged with the threaded hole and is movable between a first position where the positioning protrusion is forced into engagement with one of the locating notches to lock the outer and inner tubes and a second position where the positioning protrusion is disengaged from each locating notch for allowing the axial relative movement of the outer tube to the inner tube for adjustment of the length of the retractable bar.
Abstract:
A flower shears includes a stationary unit, a movable unit and a driving unit. The stationary unit has a first blade portion at an upper part thereof, a first transmission portion with teeth at a middle part thereof, and a first handle at a lower part thereof. The movable unit is pivotally connected at a middle part thereof to the stationary unit and provided at an upper part thereof with a second blade portion. The driving unit is pivotally connected to a bottom end of the movable unit and provided with a second handle at a lower part thereof and a second transmission portion with teeth meshed with the teeth of the first transmission portion, such that the second blade portion of the moveable unit can be driven by the second handle through the engagement of the teeth of the first and second transmission portions to pivotally move toward the first blade portion of the stationary unit for cutting things.
Abstract:
A lithium-ion polymer battery, and methods and apparatus for manufacturing the same, are disclosed. The methods include placing a bottom surface of an electrode on a coating surface, such that a top surface of the electrode is exposed, forming a removable retention boundary on the coating surface and surrounding the electrode, including a space between the electrode edges and the retention boundary, depositing polymer electrolyte solution on the electrode, on the coating surface, and within the retention boundary, and allowing the polymer electrolyte solution to dry until all of the deposited polymer electrolyte solution becomes a solid polymer composite that extends beyond the electrode edges.
Abstract:
A lithium-ion polymer battery and method and apparatus for manufacturing the same, are disclosed. The battery includes an anode comprising a first electrolytic solution and a cathode comprising a second electrolytic solution, and the first and second electrolytic solutions are different. The method includes activating the anode and the cathode in the different electrolytic solutions prior to battery assembly and prior to forming an SEI layer on the anode surface.
Abstract:
A lithium-ion polymer battery, and methods and apparatus for manufacturing the same, are disclosed. The methods include forming an anode with a porous material having spaces that contain an electrolytic solution, placing the anode surface in contact with a layer of lithium metal, and shorting the layer of lithium metal to a current collector so that lithium ions are released from the layer of lithium metal and forming SEI layer on the anode surface through the reaction with the electrolyte reduction products.
Abstract:
The present invention provides novel methods of forming component carriers, component modules, and the carriers and modules formed therefrom which utilize thick film technology. In some embodiments, these methods are used to form lighting device chip carriers and modules. In further embodiments, these lighting device chip carriers and modules are used in LED applications.
Abstract:
A pruning clipper includes a first clipper member having a stop edge, a second clipper member pivoted to the first clipper member and provided with a through hole, and a first adjustment member having a pivot pin pivotally inserted into the through hole of the second clipper member, and a stop rod connected to the pivot pin and turnable with the pivot pin between a first position where the stop rod is disengaged with the stop edge of the first clipper member and a second position where the stop rod is stopped at the stop edge of the first clipper member to limit the open angle between the first and second clipper members.
Abstract:
A grip includes a grip body, which has a non-circular cross section and a recessed receiving portion extending around the periphery thereof, and a flexible sleeve, which is mounted in the recessed receiving portion around the grip body and kept in contact with the periphery of the grip body and rotatable relative to the grip body.
