    摘要: There is provided a movement detection method of a mobile node in a DSMIP6 environment. The movement detection method includes performing neighbor unreachability detection in a network to which a mobile node moves, confirming network movement detection and simultaneously performing IPv4 address allocation when the neighbor unreachability detection fails, performing router discovery at the same time as the IPv4 address allocation, recognizing the movement detection into the IPv4 network when the IPv4 address allocation succeeds, and recognizing the movement detection into the IPv6 network when the router discovery and the IPv6 router discovery succeed. Therefore, the movement detection method can be useful to continuously perform operations as defined in a DSMIP6 specification so as to confirm whether the network to which the mobile node moves is an IPv6 network or an IPv4 network and detect movement to the confirmed network, and to perform a binding update in time.

    摘要: Provided is an apparatus and method for preventing air baggage from getting lost using a radio frequency identification (RFID) system. The apparatus for preventing baggage from getting lost, change, or stolen in which a baggage tag storing baggage management information is attached to the baggage and a receipt tag storing the baggage management information is issued to a baggage owner, the apparatus includes: a tag reader reading the receipt tag and the baggage tag in a predetermined area; and a determiner determining whether the tag reader reads the receipt tag including the same baggage management information as the baggage management information of the baggage tag within a predetermined time before and after the tag reader reads the baggage tag. As a result, air baggage is quickly and exactly managed, costs is reduced, and foreign confidence of an airport is increased, thereby preventing baggage from getting lost and exchanged.

    摘要: A method of transmitting a neighbor discovery protocol (NDP) message in an IEEE 802.16/Wibro network is provided. The method of transmitting an NDP message in a sub-network formed with access routers and a plurality of base stations connected to the access router through separate interfaces includes: a first base station transmitting a first NDP message received from a first terminal, to the access router; and the access router transmitting the first NDP message to the remaining base stations excluding the first base station. According to the method, a method of processing an NDP message in an environment having multiple base stations which cannot be considered under a conventional environment using a multicast connection ID (CID) can be improved, and problems that can occur when a IPv6 is introduced in an IEEE 802.16/Wibro network can be solved.

    摘要: The present invention provides a robust FBAR device and a simplified method of fabricating a FBAR device. FBAR device according to the present invention includes a membrane supporting layer between a substrate and a membrane layer, surrounding an air gap region. The membrane supporting layer supports the membrane layer to obtain a robust structure. Firstly, the method forms a sacrificial layer on the substrate, then a photoresist pattern is formed on air gap forming region at a top surface of the sacrificial layer, the method removes the sacrificial layer to form a sacrificial pattern by using the photoresist pattern as an etching mask. An insulating material then deposits on the substrate, the photoresist pattern is remove, and a membrane layer is formed on a top surface of the sacrificial layer and the insulating material layer. Finally, the method removes the sacrificial pattern to form an air gap.
