An automatic lock and automatic unlock method for a computer system and the associated computer system are provided. The method includes steps of detecting whether a user is in a predetermined range when a computer system is in an unlock status and recording a duration during which the user is not in the predetermined range, controlling the computer system to enter a lock status when the duration is greater than a predetermined time, determining whether the user has an effective authority when the computer system is in the lock status and the user is detected in the predetermined range, and controlling the computer system to enter the unlock status when the user has the effective authority.
Abstract:
A single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) system for cardiac imaging including an open arc-shaped frame. A collimator subsystem is shaped to approximately match the thoracic contour to optimize the geometric efficiency for detecting photons emitted from the heart of patients having different sizes and weights and shaped to surround and position the collimator subsystem closely proximate a heart of a patient of the patients encompassed by at least one predetermined image volume for optimizing collimation of radiation photons emitted from the heart. The collimator subsystem is facilitated by a tracking system that is capable of quickly bringing up the collimator component, which meets a specific set of collimation requirements, into place for imaging. And an open arc-shaped detector system is coupled to the collimator subsystem having a shape closely matching the shape of the collimator subsystem for detecting collimated radiation photons from the collimator subsystem and generating output electrical signals.
Abstract:
A method of manufacturing an infrared rays receiver comprises the steps of: chip attach; wire bonding; encapsulation; metal housing covering; encapsulation; pin cutting; and testing. A lead frame has several pins, wherein one pin has a coupling part. An infrared rays receiving chip is coupled to the coupling part of the pin of the lead frame, and electrically connected to the other pins by bonding wires. Thereafter, a light-pervious adhesive encapsulates part of the lead frame, the chip, and the bonding wires. Thereafter, the light-pervious adhesive is covered with a metal housing having a through hole so as to expose the infrared rays receiving chip via the through hole. Thereafter, the metal housing and the light-pervious adhesive are encapsulated into a unity by a colored adhesive. Consequently, the infrared rays receiver is protected from the occurrence of short circuits and has a metal shielding effect to provide a longer transmission distance.

Abstract:
An image sensor structure includes a substrate, four posts, a photosensitive chip, a plurality of wires, a glue layer, and a transparent layer. The substrate has an upper surface on which first electrodes are formed, and a lower surface on which second electrodes are formed. The four posts are arranged on the four angle of the upper surface of the substrate individually. The photosensitive chip is mounted on the upper surface of the substrate. The plurality of wires are electrically connected the photosensitive chip to the first electrodes of the substrate. The glue layer is surrounded to the periphery of the upper surface of the substrate for surrounding the photosensitive chip, and covered the part of the wires. The transparent layer is arranged onto the four posts and the glue layer to cover the photosensitive chip.
Abstract:
Provided herein is a method of improving the planarity of a support plate of a susceptor for use during deposition of a film of material onto a substrate comprising the steps of reducing pressure in a hollow core of a shaft to a level below atmospheric pressure; and reducing a pressure in the deposition chamber to a level required for the deposition of the film of material onto the substrate, where the pressure in the hollow core of the shaft acts upon a lower surface of the support plate connected to the shaft and interfacing with the hollow core of the shaft and the pressure in the deposition chamber acts upon an upper surface of the support plate adapted to support the substrate thereby improving planarity. Also provided are a susceptor and a method of depositing a film onto a substrate affixed to the susceptor of the present invention.
