    摘要: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device including an active array substrate, a display substrate and several conductive members is provided. The active array substrate includes a first substrate and several thin film transistors. The thin film transistors are disposed on the first substrate so as to form an array. The display substrate includes a second substrate, a color filter layer, a first electrode layer, an organic material layer and a second electrode layer disposed sequentially. The second substrate is disposed in parallel to the first substrate. The organic material layer is used for emitting white light and includes several lighting structures electrically insulated from each other. The second electrode layer includes several electrode structures electrically insulated from each other. Each of the conductive members electrically connects to a drain of one corresponding thin film transistor and one corresponding electrode structure.

    摘要: A shift register includes several stages of shift register units. Each shift register unit includes a first level lifting unit, first level lowering unit, first driving unit and level controller. The first level lifting unit and first level lowering unit control the scan signal to be equal to a first timing signal and first voltage, respectively. The level controller includes an input unit, a charge storage unit, a second level lifting unit and a second level lowering unit. The input unit controls the third control signal to be equal to the first voltage at a node. The charge storage unit stores a voltage of the timing signal at the node. The second level lifting unit and second level lowering unit respectively control the second control signal to be equal to the third control signal and the first voltage to turn on and turn off the first level lowering unit.

    摘要: A shift register includes multiple stages each generating a scan signal at an output terminal and including a level pull-up circuit, a level pull-down circuit, a driving circuit and a level controlling circuit. The level pull-up circuit makes the scan signal equal a first clock signal in response to an enabled level of a first control signal. The level pull-down circuit makes the scan signal equal a first voltage in response to an enabled level of a second control signal. The driving circuit controls the first control signal to be the enabled level and a disabled level in response to an enabled level of an input signal and the enabled level of the second control signal, respectively. The level controlling circuit controls the second control signal to be the disabled level and the enabled level in response to the enabled level and the disabled level of the input signal, respectively.

The light-sensitive driving circuit comprises a pulse width modulation circuit, a judge unit and a first analog-to-digital converter.     摘要: A touch sensor includes a first substrate, a second substrate, an inducing electrode and an inducing switch. The second substrate is disposed opposite the first substrate. The inducing electrode is disposed on the first substrate. The inducing switch disposed on the second substrate includes a first switch electrode, a second switch electrode and an active layer, which is disposed between and contacts with the first switch electrode and the second switch electrode. The active layer and the inducing electrode face each other and are separated by a distance. When the first substrate or the second substrate is pressed so that the distance between the inducing electrode and the active layer is changed, the driven inducing electrode induces a channel, corresponding to a change of the distance, on the active layer to electrically connect the first switch electrode to the second switch electrode.

    摘要: An integrated circuit with the cell test function for the electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, wherein each ESD unit protection circuit has a first, second, and third thin film transistors (TFTs) composed and connected to a signal line, a fourth TFT's and a fifth TFT's gate and drain electrodes are also shorted at the common electrode and the source electrode of the third TFT connects to the common electrode. A sixth TFT's drain electrode connects to the source electrode of the fourth TFT and the source electrode of the fifth TFT connects to the gate electrode of the sixth TFT. By the gate and drain electrodes of the sixth TFT connecting to the corresponding test-switch pads respectively, the sixth TFT is used as a TFT switch so as to build the cell test function in the ESD unit protection circuit.
