The active array substrate includes a first substrate and several thin film transistors. The thin film transistors are disposed on the first substrate so as to form an array. The display substrate includes a second substrate, a color filter layer, a first electrode layer, an organic material layer and a second electrode layer disposed sequentially. The second substrate is disposed in parallel to the first substrate. The organic material layer is used for emitting white light and includes several lighting structures electrically insulated from each other. The second electrode layer includes several electrode structures electrically insulated from each other. Each of the conductive members electrically connects to a drain of one corresponding thin film transistor and one corresponding electrode structure.
