摘要: A stapler apparatus includes a staple driving member to drive staples into a sheet bundle and being reciprocally supported on a frame. The staple driving member is configured to engage and drive staples. A cam member is interlocked to the staple driving member to reciprocally move the staple driving member. A drive motor is interlocked to the cam member. The cam member includes at least two rotating cams comprising rotating shafts extending in a direction intersecting a plane formed by said staple driving member reciprocal movement locus. The two rotating cams and the staple driving member abut at at least two points.

摘要: A stapler magazine and a stapler apparatus which do not require an initial feeding action for advancing a staple to a stapling position immediately after the staple magazine is mounted in the stapler apparatus. The staple magazine has a case for accommodating a rolled staple assembly, and a roller that comes into contact with a portion of the roller staple assembly and feeds the leading edge of the staple assembly to a preselected position in the stapler apparatus. The stapler apparatus has a roller guide that comes into contact with the roller of the staple magazine when the staple magazine is mounted in the stapler apparatus. The roller is automatically driven by the roller guide in response to insertion of the staple magazine in the stapler apparatus. The stapler apparatus may have a feeding device for feeding the leading edge of the rolled staple assembly in response to the insertion of the staple magazine in the stapler apparatus.

摘要: There is provided a culture method and a culture device for efficiently producing cells and/or cell tissue suitable for medication applications. The culture method may include a first step of adhering the cells onto the electrode layer and culturing the cells thereon. The electrode layer may be coated with an oligopeptide including a terminal amino acid, a cell adhesive sequence, and an alternating sequence to be bound to the one end side of the cell-adhesive sequence. The alternating sequence may include a plurality of acidic amino acids and a plurality of basic amino acids that are alternately bound to each other one by one. The culture method may include a second step of applying, to the electrode layer having the cells adhered thereonto, an electrical potential inducing reductive desorption of the oligopeptide, to thereby detach the cells from the electrode layer.

摘要: A light quantity adjustment apparatus includes a pair of substrates having a light-path aperture; a plurality of diaphragm blades disposed between the pair of substrates; a driving ring that opens and closes the plurality of diaphragm blades; and a driving device. The plurality of diaphragm blades is supported by the substrate via a first guide plate made of a resin film. The substrate and the first guide plate are provided with guide grooves fitted into protrusions formed in the plurality of diaphragm blades to guide the blades. Guide grooves of the substrate are formed of concave grooves. Guide grooves of the first guide plate are formed of through holes. The through holes of the first guide plate have a narrower width than the concave grooves of the substrate to engage in the protrusions of the diaphragm blades and to guide the diaphragm blades in the open and close direction.

摘要: The present invention is to provide a staple cartridge that can offset any discrepancies when mounting a staple cartridge, even if staples are slightly offset to check the occurrence of stapling defects. The staple cartridge 100 of the holding means 200 which is equivalent to the cartridge holder disposed as either a body separate to the stapler unit 300 or unitized thereto, actuates the staple feeds means 202. Even if the position of the staple pulled out from the staple cartridge is offset, this action corrects the offset to correctly set the staple at the driving position thereby enabling it to check stapling defects that occur because of mis-positioning of the staple set position.
