摘要: A photodiode array device having an absorption layer and a cladding layer formed on one surface of a single substrate, anodes formed on the cladding layer, a cathode formed on the other surface of the substrate, and a plurality of light-receiving regions; a photodiode module including the photodiode array device; and a structure for connecting the photodiode module and an optical connector. The photodiode array device has trenches formed on the one surface of the substrate and having such a depth as to divide the absorption layer into subdivisions, for cutting off propagation of light between adjacent light-receiving regions.

摘要: This invention is to suppress repeated striking noises as generated by a crawler belt (29) when taken up onto a drive sprocket (25) in a polygonally bent shape. A crawler belt support block (34) is fixedly mounted on top of an upper reinforcing plate (19) of a bracket (15) on the side of the drive sprocket. The crawler belt support block (34) includes a skid block (36) with a crawler belt sliding surface (36B) to be held in sliding contact with lower surfaces of respective links (30) of the crawler belt (29) to guide same in a direction tangential of the drive sprocket (25) when the crawler belt (29) is taken up onto the drive sprocket (25). The crawler belt support block suppresses vertical movements as would occur to the crawler belt (29) when taken up onto the drive sprocket (25) in a polygonally bent shape, to reduce the repeated striking noises generated by meshing engagement of bushes (32) of the crawler belt (29) and the drive sprocket (25).

摘要: A rear side of an operator's cabin body is resiliently supported by a rubber mount, and a front side of the operator's cabin body is resiliently supported by a spring mount, of which a spring constant is set to be smaller than that of the rubber mount. Accordingly, a vibration transmissibility of pitching transmitted from a revolving frame to the operator's cabin body can be kept small, and pitching is damped by an oil damper which constitutes the rubber mount. Further, bounce and rolling transmitted to the operator's cabin body are converted into pitching for attenuation of vibration.

摘要: A device for providing a line of illumination in an optical reader, comprises an internally reflecting body having an elliptical reflecting surface joined to a part-cylindrical reflecting surface. A light source is disposed on one focal line of the elliptical surface, and a plate-like light guide has its light-receiving end disposed on the other focal line of the elliptical surface. One of the two focal lines of the elliptical surface is also the center of curvature of the part-cylindrical surface. The internal reflection and re-reflection of the light in the light guide ensures that the line of light emerging from the exit end of the light guide will be of uniform intensity throughout its length.

摘要: Disclosed is a hydraulic system for a hydraulic excavator. The hydraulic system inputs rotary power from a rotary power producing means to a hydraulic pump to produce hydraulic power, and operates an actuator by the hydraulic power. A hydraulic oil drain line from the actuator is branched into a flow rate control line as a line connected to a spool of a flow rate control valve controllable by manipulation of a lever and a power regeneration line as a line connected to a variable displacement motor for converting hydraulic power of discharged hydraulic oil to reusable energy. A regeneration ratio control means is also arranged to control the variable displacement motor such that a flow rate of the power regeneration line satisfies a preset fixed ratio α relative to a flow rate occurred in the flow rate control line by the manipulation of the lever.
