摘要： A method is provided for controlling access to a resource of a Remote User Interface (RUI) server in an RUI client of an RUI system. The method includes sending a request for an RUI page for controlling the resource to the RUI server and receiving the RUI page, generating a connection to a Mutual Exclusion (MUTEX) of the RUI server, which corresponds to the resource, using the received RUT page, and sending a request for MUTEX locking for restricting access to the resource to the RUI server.

摘要： A method for changing a subscription status of a service in a mobile communication system, and a system thereof. A method is provided for changing a subscription status of a service by a terminal in a mobile communication system. The method includes transmitting a pause request message, in which a pause period of the subscription status is included, to a network entity; receiving, from the network entity, a pause response message including therein a possible pause period for the pause period included in the pause request message, and a trigger for changing validity for a Long-term Key stored in the terminal; and changing validity for the Long-term Key using the trigger for the possible pause period included in the pause response message.

摘要： A method for providing a notification message in a transmitter of a mobile broadcast system supporting an interaction channel is disclosed. Upon an occurrence of a notification event, a first means generates a notification message, and generates at least one delivery request message including a target address based on subscription information of the corresponding terminal, using the generated notification message. A second means determines a channel over which it will deliver a notification message to the corresponding terminal based on the target address, and delivers the notification message over the determined channel.

摘要： Disclosed is a method for transmitting an Electronic Service Guide (ESG) in a Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) system, the method includes collecting ESG data to be transmitted; when a multi-stream mode is used in order to transmit the ESG data, setting parameters to be transmitted, and setting the number of IP streams to be used in the multi-stream mode; setting a signaling field indicating use or non-use of at least one partitioning rule in each IP stream; setting at least one of a start field value and an end field value for all fields of said each IP stream used according to a corresponding partitioning rule; if setup of the start field value and the end field value is completed, encoding a partition declaration field of an ESG init container including the set values; and transmitting the encoded ESG data to a terminal.

摘要： A method is provided for performing handover by a terminal in a digital broadcasting system. The method includes measuring strength of a received signal from a serving broadcast transmitter while receiving a broadcast service, and comparing the measured strength of the received signal with a predetermined reference value; periodically measuring strength of the received signal while continuously receiving the broadcast service when the measured strength of the received signal is greater than the reference value; sending a handover start request message for the broadcasting system to a base station of a mobile communication system when the measured strength of the received signal is less than or equal to the reference value; and performing handover from the serving broadcast transmitter to a target broadcast transmitter upon receipt of an accept message for the handover start request for the broadcasting system from the base station.

摘要： Provided is a broadcasting system based on a network using an Internet protocol (IP). In the broadcasting system, a broadcast transmitter previously transmits first access information including a first network address for transmitting a general notification message and second access information associated with management of the broadcasting system, to a broadcast receiver. If a general notification event occurs, the general notification message is generated and the generated general notification message is transmitted to the broadcast receiver via one of a broadcast network and an interaction network using the first network address. The broadcast receiver receives a general notification message based on the first network address in data received from the broadcast transmitter.

摘要： Disclosed is a method and apparatus for transmitting/receiving signaling information to transfer Electronic Service Guide (ESG) data using a multi-stream mode in providing an ESG in a digital broadcasting system the method including collecting ESG data to be transmitted, setting a number of IP streams to transmit the ESG data in order to transmit the ESG data in a multi-stream mode, generating partitioning information used for each of the IP streams, the partitioning information including at least one partitioning rule to partition the ESG data into the IP streams and at least one partitioning value for each of the partitioning rule, in which the partitioning rule includes at least one among a service ID, a service genre, an absolute time, a session type, and a profiling type defined by a provider, and the at least one partitioning value includes at least one of a start value and an end value according to the partitioning rule, and transmitting the ESG data, which has been partitioned according to the partitioning information, through the IP streams.

摘要： A method and apparatus for handling an Electronic Service Guide (ESG) transmission error in a digital video broadcasting system, including a Service Application (SA) entity for receiving a file repair request message from a terminal after broadcasting an ESG from a Service Management (SM) entity to the terminal and, when the file repair request message is a request for the ESG, providing the SM entity with the file repair request message and an address of the terminal; a logical ESG aggregator for generating the ESG within the SM entity interpreting the request message and determining whether to retransmit the ESG to the terminal, and when determining to retransmit the ESG, the logical ESG aggregator delivering, ESG metadata and the address of the terminal to an interactive server for transmitting the ESG within the SM entity. The interactive server transmits the ESG metadata to the terminal.
