A content reproduction apparatus has a storage unit storing a reproduction permission ID list and the valid period information of each group ID and a reproduction control block for controlling the reproduction of content data attached with the group ID. The reproduction control block reads the group ID from content data and, if the read group ID is contained in the reproduction permission ID list and the current time is not in excess of the valid period of this group ID, permits the reproduction of the content data; if the read group ID is not contained in the reproduction permission ID list or the current time is in excess of the valid period of this group ID, the reproduction control block restricts the reproduction of the content data.

    摘要: In a range (R3) in which an amplitude component voltage (VA) of a modulation wave signal from an OFDM signal generation unit corresponds to the average output power, an output voltage of a first voltage conversion unit (voltage applied to a base or a gate) is fixed, thus allowing the class AB operation of a high-frequency power amplifier. In a range (R4) in which VA is larger than that in R3, the output voltage of the first voltage conversion unit is increased, thus varying the operating class of the high-frequency power amplifier from class AB to class A. In a range (R2) in which VA is smaller than that in R3, the output voltage of the first voltage conversion unit is decreased, thus varying the operating class of the high-frequency power amplifier from class AB to class B. The efficiency at the time of the average power can be improved without degrading the maximum output power of the high-frequency power amplifier included in a transmitter.

    摘要: The present invention has an object to provide a high frequency integrated device which can obtain sufficient isolation even in a high frequency region of which handling frequency exceeds gigahertz[GHz]. In a semiconductor device having an element isolation structure obtained by trench isolation, in which an insulator fills the inside of a trench formed in a semiconductor substrate, the insulator filling the trench includes a conductive material region, and the conductive material region is grounded through coupling at high frequency. With this configuration, electromagnetic waves coupled to the conductive material inside the trench are propagated to ground, thereby preventing high-frequency interference with other regions.
