摘要： A method for transmitting radio resources in a mobile communication system is disclosed. The method includes receiving a random access channel (RACH) preamble from a plurality of UEs and transmitting response information associated with the received preambles over a common channel wherein the plurality UEs can access the common channel and receive corresponding information. If a HARQ scheme is used when a UE transmits data to the eNode-B using uplink radio resources allocated over the RACH, the eNode-B does not pre-allocate uplink radio resources required for re-transmission and performs allocation of radio resources for a first transmission of HARQ. If the re-transmission is required, the eNode-B allocates the radio resources required for the re-transmission with the NACK signal. If re-transmission is not required, the present invention can reduce an amount of wasted radio resources.

摘要： A method for transmitting radio resources in a mobile communication system is disclosed. 摘要： An apparatus and method for transmitting information for a Multimedia Broadcast/Multicast Service (MBMS) is provided that facilitates a mobile communication device receiving a specific MBMS without any difficulty when the device moves from one area to another area. By providing MBMS status information to a controller in the area from which the device moved, the controller in the area from which the device moved can either establish an additional channel to provide the MBMS to the device or initiate a relocation of control of the device to a controller in the area into which the device has moved.

摘要： A method of supporting handover at a user equipment in a mobile communication system is disclosed according to the present invention. The method comprises receiving, from a source network node, first identification information identifying at least one data block transferred from the source network node to a target network node during handover, transmitting, to a target network node, second identification information identifying at least one data block to be received from the target network node during the handover, and receiving a data block from the target network node, the data block being transmitted by the target network node based on the second identification information.

摘要： A method and apparatus is provided to enable a network to more efficiently determine whether additional reverse links can be assigned. Various methods are presented that allow a network to determine either the transmission power or power headroom of a mobile terminal based on information that is provided at session startup and information provided periodically. The number of additional reverse links that can be assigned to the mobile can then be estimated from the transmission power and head-room of the mobile terminal.

摘要： A method for handover in a mobile communication system is disclosed, by which traffic is transmitted on an optimal path. In a communication system including at least one radio network node communicating with a mobile terminal and an access node controlling the radio network node, the present invention includes the steps of making a request for the handover of the mobile terminal to a specific second radio network node and the access node from a first radio network node communicating with the mobile terminal, notifying the first radio network node and the access node of a result of the handover request by the second radio network node, and controlling traffic transmissions to the first radio network node and the second radio network node according to the handover request and a result notification of the handover by the access node.

摘要： A method of transmitting control information in a wireless communication system and transmission window updating method using the same are disclosed, by which transmission efficiency in a transmitting side can be enhanced. The present invention includes the steps of receiving a first control information block including a first status report information from a receiving side, the first status information providing reception acknowledge information for a plurality of data blocks transmitted to the receiving side, receiving a second control information block including a second status report information placed as a last status report information in the second control information block, and updating the transmission window using the reception acknowledge information in the first status report information.
