Abstract: A system and method for channel access in licensed and unlicensed spectrums are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a method performed by a communication node, includes: detection of an idle channel associated with a communication device after performance of a channel access procedure; transmitting an initial signal after the detection of the idle channel, wherein the initial signal configures a communication device to start detecting a control channel; and transmitting a control signal using the control channel to the communication device after the transmitting the initial signal.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for performing a random access (RACH) procedure is disclosed. In one embodiment, a method performed by a wireless communication node, includes: performing a plurality of random access (RACH) procedures with a wireless communication device on a first frequency resource set and a second frequency resource set, wherein the plurality of RACH procedures each comprises: receiving a first message on a first frequency resource from the wireless communication device, wherein the first frequency resource is selected from the first frequency resource set; transmitting a second message on a second frequency resource to the wireless communication device within a pre-determined time window, wherein the second frequency resource is selected from the second frequency resource set; receiving a third message on the first frequency resource from the wireless communication device; and transmitting a fourth message on the second frequency resource to the wireless communication device.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes methods, system, and devices for configuring hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) feedback for physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmission. The method includes receiving, by a user equipment (UE), a radio resource control (RRC) parameter to configure an enhanced dynamic HARQ-ACK feedback mode; and receiving, by the UE, a first downlink control information (DCI) comprising a first K. The first DCI corresponds to a first PDSCH. The method also includes receiving, by the UE, a second DCI for a second PDSCH, the second DCI comprising a second K with an applicable value; and transmitting, by the UE, an enhanced dynamic HARQ-ACK feedback according to a preset rule.

Abstract: A method of wireless communication includes transmitting, from a communication node, a message to a mobile device including information about a first transmission occasion. The information about the first transmission occasion indicates information about one or more additional transmission occasions. The method also includes performing, by the communication node, a subsequent transmission using either the first transmission occasion or the one of the one or more additional transmission occasions.

Abstract: Provided are a random access method and device, a user equipment and a storage medium. The method includes: determining listen-before-talk (LBT) priority levels for performing an LBT mechanism corresponding to messages transmitted during a random access process, and/or LBT priority levels of an LBT mechanism corresponding to different physical random access channel (PRACH) formats; and transmitting the messages for random access by means of the determined LBT priority levels corresponding to the messages and/or LBT priority levels corresponding to different PRACH formats after successfully performing the LBT mechanism. In such a way, the problem of the need of optimizing random access for a user equipment in the related art is resolved, thereby optimizing random access and improving the random access success rate.

Abstract: Techniques are described to improve the transmission and reception of access signals such as synchronization signal block (SSB), system information, or paging message. As an example, a wireless communication method is disclosed where a network node, such as a base station, determines a first set of transmission times and/or a second set of transmission times to transmit access signals. The network node transmits the access signals over a wireless channel using the first set of transmission times and/or the second set of transmission times. The access signals can include system information, paging message, or synchronization signal block.
