摘要: The present invention discloses a soft knee exoskeleton driven by a negative-pressure linear actuator, including: an exoskeleton controller, a left leg knee joint soft actuator, a right leg knee joint soft actuator and the like. The soft knee exoskeleton mainly uses a miniature vacuum negative pressure pump as an air pressure power source. A DSP embedded control system performs real-time processing on the data, such as a muscle force, a knee joint angle and a human-machine interaction force, detected by a sensing system, estimates a human-machine cooperation state, and performs real-time control on the switching of the negative pressure flow and an air channel of the miniature vacuum negative pressure pump.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a smart battery. The smart battery includes not only a battery shell, layered cells, a positive electrode and a negative electrode included in a conventional battery, but also an embedded multi-source sensor group and an intelligent chip. The smart battery of the present disclosure can detect the temperature and the pressure of the core of the battery and the current of the battery in real time by using the intelligent chip and the embedded multi-source sensor group, thereby realizing a real-time monitoring of the working state and safety state of the battery, and improving a safety and the reliability of the battery on the basis of realizing the self-sensing function of the battery. In addition, according to the smart battery of the present disclosure, the modification to the conventional battery structure by adding the intelligent chip and the embedded multi-source sensor group makes up the gap in research and development, manufacturing and production of the smart battery on the premise of ensuring that the battery volume remains unchanged.

The method comprises: obtaining a preoperative aortic model of a patient; simulating aortic dissection surgery on the basis of a virtual stent technology and the preoperative aortic model to obtain a postoperative aortic model; obtaining displacement amount of the same blood vessel node between the preoperative aortic model and the preoperative aortic model; and evaluating a surgical risk degree of the patient on the basis of the displacement amount. The occurrence probability of postoperative complications is related to the displacement amount.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for determining initiation positions of fretting fatigue cracks. The processed inner circular hole test workpiece is placed on a stage of an optical microscope, wherein the inner hole surface to be measured is perpendicular to the scanning beam direction of the microscope; measurement is performed along the real contact orientation between the inner hole surface of the inner circular hole test workpiece and the pin shaft. From the measured surface morphology and profile image, rectangular target areas with a coverage rate of 75%˜90%, and the amplitude distribution function, surface skewness and surface kurtosis values of the respective surface profiles are extracted from the target areas. By comparing the positive/negative of and the magnitude of the skewness and kurtosis values measured in the target areas, the side where the initiation position of fretting fatigue cracks is located can be determined.

摘要: A high-temperature in-situ loaded computed tomography (CT) testing system based on a laboratory X-ray source and a method therefor are provided. A dynamic sealing device is adopted. A pull-up pressure rod and a pull-down pressure rod are allowed to rotate circumferentially and move axially. Meanwhile, a high-temperature furnace is fixed without rotating or moving, such that the high-temperature furnace is flat in an imaging direction to shorten an imaging distance and improve imaging quality. An independent tensile testing machine is utilized to achieve high-load loading. The in-situ measurement of internal deformation and damage information of a specimen under tensile or compressive load in a high-temperature environment is implemented. By taking advantage of the miniaturization design of the high-temperature device, the accuracy of the damage test using the laboratory X-ray source is increased. Tests and researches on the internal damage and failure behavior of the high-temperature materials can be conducted.

摘要: A device and a method for ultrasonic detecting a mechanical member based on magnetic fluid coupling. The device comprises a magnetic field generating apparatus, magnetic fluid and an ultrasonic probe. The magnetic field generating apparatus has a cylindrical structure, into which the magnetic fluid is injected, where an upper portion of the apparatus is provided with the ultrasonic probe a front end that vertically extends into a liquid level of the magnetic fluid, and a bottom portion of the apparatus covers a detected position of a member under detection. The magnetic fluid at least contains magnetic suspension particles and oil-based or water-based liquid. With the device and the method, the ultrasonic probe is coupled with the member under detection to realize ultrasonic detecting of the service stress of the member under detection.

摘要: A method for reducing and homogenizing residual stress of a metal frame based on elastic acoustic waves that includes determining an injection scheme of elastic acoustic waves based on residual stress distribution and material characteristics of a metal frame, where the injection scheme comprises at least one of the number of injection directions and corresponding injection direction(s), an excitation scheme and working parameters of the elastic acoustic waves; placing the metal frame in a substrate and fixing the inner and outer frames of the metal frame; assembling an excitation device for the elastic acoustic waves based on the determined excitation scheme of the elastic acoustic waves; injecting the acoustic waves into the metal frame from at least one direction; and performing the reduction and homogenization for multiple rounds if the reduction and homogenization of the residual stress of the metal frame in a single round does not meet the requirement.
