    Abstract: A control system for controlling an output for a plurality of compressors includes a control unit receiving a first value from a first sensor and generating a first output based on the first value. The control unit receives a second value from a second sensor and derives a final output from the first output and the second value. A plurality of compressors receives the control commands from the control unit based on the final output.

The drive shaft may include a main body and a crank pin extending from the main body. The compression mechanism may include first and second members.     Abstract: An air conditioning system of a vehicle having an internal combustion engine includes a condenser configured to receive refrigerant output by an electric compressor and transfer heat from the refrigerant within the condenser to air passing the condenser. A first evaporator is configured to receive refrigerant from the condenser when a first control valve is open and transfer heat from air passing the first evaporator to the refrigerant within the first evaporator. A first blower is configured to blow air across the first evaporator to a first section of a cabin of the vehicle. A second evaporator is configured to receive refrigerant from the condenser when a second control valve is open and transfer heat from air passing the second evaporator to the refrigerant within the second evaporator. A second blower is configured to blow air across the second evaporator to a second section of the cabin of the vehicle.

    Abstract: A compressor includes a shell, first and second scroll members, a fitting assembly and a valve assembly. The first scroll member includes a first end plate having a first spiral wrap extending therefrom. The second scroll member includes a second end plate having a second spiral wrap extending therefrom and an injection passage formed in the second end plate. The second spiral wrap is meshingly engaged with the first spiral wrap to form compression pockets. The injection passage is in fluid communication with the compression pockets. The fitting assembly is in fluid communication with the injection passage. The valve assembly coupled to one of the second scroll member and the fitting assembly and movable between a closed position in which fluid communication between the compression pockets and the suction chamber is prevented and an open position in which fluid communication between the compression pockets and the suction chamber is allowed.

    Abstract: A monitoring system is disclosed for a heating, ventilation, or air conditioning (HVAC) system of a residential or commercial building. The monitoring system includes an evaporator unit device including a first current sensor that measures current supplied to a circulator blower. The measured current from the first current sensor is used to diagnose a problem with the circulator blower. The monitoring system includes a first temperature sensor that measures refrigerant temperature between a condenser and an expansion valve. The monitoring system includes a second temperature sensor that measures refrigerant temperature between an evaporator and a compressor. The monitoring system includes a condenser unit device that communicates with the evaporator unit device. The condenser unit device includes a second current sensor that measures current supplied to the compressor. The evaporator unit device transmits sensor data to a remote monitoring service over a data network.

    Abstract: A compressor may include a shell, a non-orbiting scroll, an orbiting scroll, and a discharge valve member. The shell may define a discharge chamber. The non-orbiting scroll may be disposed within the discharge chamber and includes a first end plate and a first spiral wrap extending from the first end plate. The orbiting scroll may be disposed within the discharge chamber and includes a second end plate and a second spiral wrap extending from the second end plate. The first and second spiral wraps mesh with each other to define fluid pockets therebetween. The second end plate includes a discharge passage extending therethrough. The discharge valve member may be attached to the second end plate and may be movable between an open position allowing fluid flow from the discharge passage to the discharge chamber and a closed position restricting fluid flow from the discharge passage to the discharge chamber.
