摘要： In a dishwashing system, a dishwashing machine (10) is provided to wash a rack holding thereon tableware in a washing chamber, a wagon (W) is provided to have therein plural stages of horizontal storage shelves in an up-and-down direction, and an elevator (E) is disposed between the wagon and the dishwashing machine. On the elevator (E), a drive control device is provided to move a ramp (56) of the elevator by a driving mechanism (60) toward a position facing to one of shelves of the wagon after the rack has been placed at a reference position of the ramp (56) by way of timing belts (57i) (57l), to drive the timing belts by a timing belt mechanism (57) so as to store the rack onto the shelf, to stop the timing belt mechanism upon completing storage of the rack and to drive the driving mechanism till the ramp reaches the reference position. These operations are repeated by the drive control device.

A second valve is interposed between a condenser and the evaporator for being closed to prohibit flow of refrigerant from the condenser into the evaporator therethrough. A first relay is energized to open the second valve when a first detecting element detects finish in cooling of medium caused by thermal exchange with the evaporator. A second relay is energized to close the first valve when a second detecting element detects finish in vaporization of liquefied refrigerant accumulated within the evaporator during cooling of the medium.

摘要： A small steam generator uses a cylindrical steam generation vessel having a steam generation portion formed to store an amount of water for generating steam and a steam passage portion formed on the upper end of the steam generation portion for spouting steam generated in the steam generation portion. A heater element is disposed within the steam generation vessel, and an induction heating coil is wound around the periphery of the steam generation vessel for energizing the heater element. The heater element is energized by supply of electric power to the heating coil so that steam generated by boiling of the water in the steam generation portion spouts upward from the steam passage. In the steam generator, a steam discharge duct is mounted on the upper end of the steam passage for receiving the steam spouting upward from the steam passage and to discharge it in a lateral direction such that drops of hot water adhered to a ceiling surface of the discharge duct fall and re-circulate back into the steam generation part.

In a case where the deicing water is low in temperature, so that the deicing progresses slowly and thus the deicing completion time period T1 becomes equal to or greater than the deicing water longest supply time period U1, the control means 24 carries out water feeding in a feeding amount of water at low temperature at the time of water feeding. In contrast, in a case where deicing water is high in temperature, so that the deicing is promoted and thus the deicing completion time period T1 becomes shorter than the deicing water longest supply time period U1, the control means 24 carries out water feeding in a feeding amount of water at high temperature, which is more than the feeding amount of water at low temperature, at the time of water feeding.
