摘要: A small steam generator uses a cylindrical steam generation vessel having a steam generation portion formed to store an amount of water for generating steam and a steam passage portion formed on the upper end of the steam generation portion for spouting steam generated in the steam generation portion. A heater element is disposed within the steam generation vessel, and an induction heating coil is wound around the periphery of the steam generation vessel for energizing the heater element. The heater element is energized by supply of electric power to the heating coil so that steam generated by boiling of the water in the steam generation portion spouts upward from the steam passage. In the steam generator, a steam discharge duct is mounted on the upper end of the steam passage for receiving the steam spouting upward from the steam passage and to discharge it in a lateral direction such that drops of hot water adhered to a ceiling surface of the discharge duct fall and re-circulate back into the steam generation part.

摘要: The liquid refrigerant from the compressor 20 and the condenser 21 is alternately supplied to the cooling device for the freezing room 27F and the evaporator for the refrigeration room 27R through the three-way valve 24, so that the freezing room and the refrigeration room are alternately cooled. Here, the ratio of the refrigerant supply time to each evaporator is controlled based not on a deviation between a target temperature set for each storage room and an actual storage room temperature measured in each storage room, but on an integrated value obtained by integrating the difference of these deviations. In a cooling storage, in which from one compressor a refrigerant is selectively supplied to multiple evaporators respectively disposed in multiple storage rooms of varied thermal loads, a one-storage room cooling mode is prevented from being unnecessarily switched to a alternate cooling mode.

摘要: An auger type ice making machine is provided with a freezing cylinder (21) into which water for making ice is supplied, an ice-scraping auger (23) for scraping ice formed on the inner surface of the freezing cylinder (21), and an auger motor (25) for driving the ice-scraping auger (23). An freezing apparatus (10) has a compressor (11) driven by a motor (16), circulating refrigerant discharged from the compressor (11) through a condenser (12), a dryer (13), a constant pressure expansion valve (14), and an evaporator (15) provided on the outer peripheral surface of the freezing cylinder (21). At the outlet of the evaporator (15) there is provided a temperature sensor (41) for sensing refrigerant temperature. A controller (42) controls the rotational speed of the motor (16) through an inverter circuit (43) such that the sensed refrigerant temperature is equal to a specified refrigerant temperature, allowing the freezing apparatus (10) to keep ice-making performance thereof. As a result, the auger type ice making machine can keep ice-making performance regardless of changes in ambient temperature or water temperature, securing stable ice generation and consistent quality of ice.

摘要: An electric motor 25 for driving a compressor 21 that composes a refrigerating cycle is speed-controlled by an inverter circuit 31. When an inside temperature Tx detected by an inside temperature sensor 35 is not less than a predetermined temperature (for example, 5° C. in the case of a refrigerator and −18 C in the case of a freezer), a microcomputer 34 suppresses the rotational speed of the electric motor 25 via the inverter circuit 31 to thereby restrict current flowing through the electric motor 25 and a power circuit 40. Accordingly, great current does not flow through the electric motor 25 upon the start of the operation in a refrigerator or a freezer. Further, in this case, the rotational speed of the electric motor 25 is controlled to be increased as the inside temperature Tx becomes lower, whereby the cooling speed of the inside 10 is increased with the current flowing through the electric motor 25 prevented from increasing.

摘要: A liquid refrigerant from a compressor and a condenser is alternately supplied to a cooling device for the freezing room 27F and an evaporator for refrigeration room through a three-way valve, so as to conduct the cooling of a freezing room and a refrigeration room. When the thermal load condition of a refrigerating cycle is light, the three-way valve switches to the “F side opened-state” after the compressor is stopped, and thereby conducting pressure balancing, without the liquid refrigerant flowing into the evaporator for refrigeration room. A cooling storage, wherein from one compressor a refrigerant is selectively supplied to multiple evaporators, is constituted so as to prevent one evaporator side from becoming a supercooled state, and furthermore, quickly conduct pressure balancing after stop of the compressor.

摘要: A cooling device is provided with an inverter compressor. Set speeds of the inverter compressor can be switched to six stages from a first speed to a sixth speed. The relationship between each of the set speeds of the rotational speed is set so that the stages adjacent to each other have gradually larger differences in rotational speed as the rotational speed becomes higher. With this, independently from the level of the rotational speed, a degree of increase in cooling performance between each of the stages can be equalized. In a case of performing a control to increase or decrease the rotational speed of the inverter compressor stage by stage depending whether an actual temperature drop rate is larger or smaller than a target temperature drop rate, the change amounts in cooling performance that can be substantially equalized, and too high or too low cooling performance does not result, i.e. fluctuation in cooling performance can be minimized. Thus, control to drop the internal temperature in accordance with a predetermined cooling characteristic can be stably performed.

摘要: A storing section 49 stores data of a pull down cooling characteristic indicative of a time-varying mode of reduction in a target temperature drop. For example, when this is a linear function line xp, a target internal temperature drop degree takes a constant value Ap, irrespective of an operating time. An actual temperature drop degree Sp is computed on the basis of the detected internal temperature. The computed value Sp is compared with a target value Ap read from the storing section 49. When the computed value Sp is less than the target value Ap, a rotational speed of an inverter compressor 32 is increased via an inverter circuit 55. When the computed value Sp is larger than the target value Ap, the rotational speed of the compressor 32 is decreased. The speed increases and decreases are repeated so that pull down cooling is performed along the linear line xp.
