Abstract: A pressure regulator is disclosed that relates to a belt mounted portable pneumatic pressure regulator where a CO2, compressed tank, or similar pressurized canister can be connected to the pressure regulator and a discharge hose can be connected to the regulator. The discharge hose provides a regulated supply of pneumatic air for an air driven power tool, paint gun, or other piece of equipment that operates from a supply of pressurized air. Abstract: A carrying case is provided for a paint sprayer that, when the paint sprayer is removed, functions as a paint container for the paint sprayer. The case has a removable top wall or lid to provide good access into the container for placing or removing the sprayer and other accessories. A standard, medium-sized garbage can liner can be placed inside the container, held in place when the lid is snapped on, to greatly simplify clean-up.

Abstract: Equipment for delivering a fluid, such as herbicide, comprises a carrier (2) in the form of a handset and a support tube (4) which is connected to the carrier (3) and carries a distribution head. A supply duct (6) conveys herbicide from the carrier to the distribution head, and electrical leads (8) provide a connection between a battery, mounted in the carrier, and a motor in the distribution head. The support tube (4) has a connector (10) which is secured to the carrier by a screwthreaded sleeve. A spigot (18) of the connector 10 enters a bore in a valve to provide sealed connection between the valve and the supply duct (6). First contacts (28) on the connector (10) engage second contacts (42) in the carrier to provide electrical connections. The support tube (4) can thus be coupled to the carrier (2) by a simple plug in operation.

Abstract: An inexpensive portable liquid supply tank that serves initially as a shipping container and as a solute or solution dispenser and pump unit carried on a person's back by shoulder straps whose upper support effort is transmitted to the tank about a center of gravity designed to be close to the carrier's back on a strain line directed through its volumetric center of gravity as determined by interbraced semi-flexible front and back walls for carrying comfort and with the straps and a liquid eduction tube extending over the shoulders of the carrier while the other ends of the shoulder straps engage the lower corners of the tank. Abstract: A fluid metering device including a housing, an isolated fluid conduit, a metering assembly, an electronics assembly, and a power assembly. An electronic device can be wirelessly connected to the metering device so as to quantify the fluid that is passing through the isolated fluid conduit. Alternatively, this can be performed by the electronics assembly and then transmitted to the electronic device. Portable spraying apparatuses are also disclosed and can include the fluid metering device. In example embodiments, other data can be captured and/or calculated such as sprayer locations, sprayed locations, type of fluid sprayed, images of the intended-to-be-sprayed subject, and/or other information pertinent as desired. In some example embodiments, the electronic device in combination with the fluid metering device can predict the chances of volatilization of the fluid based on specific environmental conditions and the fluid temperature. Finally, the sprayer and sprayed locations can be overlayed onto a map.
