    摘要: A payment processor acting on behalf of a third party administrator to make payment on an adjudicated claim makes a straight through payment to an acquirer for a health care provider's merchant account. Via the authorization process, the payment processor generates an authorization code which is returned to the health care provider on its merchant statement for the payment. Concurrently, the remittance advice from the third party administrator is linked to the same authorization code as the payment by the payment processor which sends the advice in an 835-formatted transmission to the health care provider. Thus, the remittance advice may be linked (reconciled) with the payment on the merchant statement by the common authorization code.

The method comprises generating a random number, via a payment module, on a mobile device for a mobile transaction, authenticating user account information, and decrypting encrypted user data when the user account information is authenticated. The method also comprises retrieving a user account unique key, determining a counter number via an application transaction counter, and generating a dynamic verification code, via the payment module, based on the generated random number, the user data, the counter number, and the user account unique key. The method further comprises generating track data, the track data comprising the user data, the random number, and the dynamic verification code, generating a two-dimensional matrix barcode from the track data, and displaying, via the payment module, the generated matrix barcode to a sales terminal for the mobile transaction.

The central processor is programmed for managing the activation and issuance of transactions and activities for the stored-value card through the respective unaffiliated networks. The universal central processor is programmed to issue the stored-value cards directly to the cardholder or card purchaser by download over respective communication gateways. The universal central processor is further programmed for reporting the card activations, issuances, transactions and activities to the cardholders and the merchants thereby providing a universal management system.
