摘要： An electric solenoid having a bobbin structure on which a coil may be wound by machine and providing a plug-in connector with leaf-like contact terminals to which at least one end of the coil wire may be electrically connected by machine wrapping of the wire end about the terminals. The bobbin has a spool portion and a terminal block portion having a projecting formation to be positioned adjacent to the terminals, so that wire extending from the coil under tension may be wrapped first about the formation and then about the terminal to be wrapped to secure the terminal to the formation prior to subsequent wraps of the wire around the terminal.

A connector part 5 incorporating a prescribed number of terminal metal fittings 6 is provided on one axial end portion of the bobbin for coil 1.
Thus, since a relatively large space is not required for disposing lead wire(s) as in the prior art, the bobbin for coil is small, so that it can be inexpensively produced.-

摘要： A method for manufacturing a magnetic core module in a magnetic head, the magnetic core module and the magnetic head. The method for manufacturing the magnetic core module includes: a process for placing a magnetic core group in a holder mold cavity as an insert; and a process for injection-molding in the holder mold cavity. A method for manufacturing the magnetic core module allows the magnetic core group and the holder to be integrally injection-molded with a method of injection molding which uses the magnetic core group as an insert. The method simplifies the process of manufacturing a magnetic head to improve production efficiency, and saves labor and production costs. Further, the method prevents failures such as positional displacement and scattering of magnetic cores, which tends to occur when assembling thin and small magnetic cores, and ensures an ideal yield for a product.

摘要： According to one implementation a gas safety valve is provided that includes a reel onto which a coil is wound, the coil including a phase wire and a grounding wire. The reel has an elongated projection having first and second electrical contact areas onto which the phase wire and grounding wire are respectively arranged. The gas safety valve further includes an electromagnet having a core that is at least partially housed in an internal cavity of the reel. The safety gas valve also includes a support and a phase connector. The first electrical contact area is arranged such that it is inserted in the phase connector and the second electrical contact area is arranged such that it is inserted in the support, both electrical contact areas exerting an elastic force against the phase connector and the support, respectively, assuring the electrical connection between the phase wire and the phase connector, and between the grounding wire and the support, respectively.
