Abstract: A wipe container that includes a cover member that has a cavity, at least one wipe received in the cavity of the cover member, a base member that has a fluid reservoir, and a partition that is disposed between the cover and base members. The cover member, the base member, and the partition are sealed together to create a perimeter seal. The partition creates a barrier between the wipe on one side and cleaner on the other side. The container can be introduced into a clean room. Just prior to use, the partition is split open so that the cleaner mixes with water on the wipes.

Abstract: This invention relates to extend the benefits of using hypochlorite compounds such as sodium hypochlorite to clean and disinfect articles while reducing or eliminating the side effects of treating an article with a strong oxidant material. The invention relates to a single step process involving mixing of precursor compositions of a suitable hypohalite or hypohalous acid with a solution of a reducing agent. Optionally a buffer may be present in either or both precursor compositions, such that at time of use such active hypohalous acid concentration in the resulting aqueous mixture remains at a sufficient activity level to effect one or more desired benefits against a target substrate for a desired period of time. The oxidant is substantially consumed by reaction with the reducing agent after the time needed for achieving the desired benefit has passed.

Abstract: A cap for bottles that allows the user to select one or more additives. A base has an axis with a coaxial cavity, typically threaded, for attachment to the bottle. A housing rotates and reciprocates on the axis. A mechanism biases the housing from the base on the axis in a storage position. Pushing the housing against the biasing mechanism moves the housing to an operative position. Compartments arranged in a circle around the axis inside the housing hold the additives. An opening in the compartment bottom is covered by a frangible seal. As the housing rotates, the compartment openings align with an aperture in the base that extends into the cavity. Sharp spikes extending from the aperture puncture the seal when the housing is pushed to the operative position, thereby creating a hole for the additive to flow into the bottle.

Abstract: A disposable cup has a tamper evident removable membrane secured at or near a rim of an open end of the cup so as to seal off the interior surface of the cup. The membrane is cup-shaped and has a radially-extending rim corresponding to a radially-extending rim of the cup, a substantially axially-extending sleeve corresponding to an inner-side surface of the cup and a radially extending disc-shaped base substantially spanning the diameter of the cup.
