摘要： A package for storing a roll of monofilament line with a cutting tool embedded in the package and a related method. The package is formed from two opposing clamshell portions made from sheets of film and pivotally connected together. A chamber is formed when the two clamshell portions are sealed together to store the roll of monofilament line. An aperture in one of the clamshell portions allows a length of monofilament line to be dispensed from within the chamber. A cutting tool is at least partially disposed between the two clamshell portions or inserted into a pocket in one of the clamshell portions when sealed together to attach the cutting tool to the package. At least a portion of the cutting tool is accessible from outside the package for cutting a length of monofilament line being dispensed from the package.

摘要： A plurality of relatively long wires having the same diameter are bundled together to obtain a bundle wire in a continuous wire bundling process. A wire bundling device includes a plurality of reels rotated by a rotating drive and wind a wire while a first end is engaged. A wire second-end pressing device collects and presses a second end of each of a plurality of wires having a predetermined length which is fed from a single spool and individually wound around each of a plurality of reels. The wires are withdrawn in a collected state from the reels by a withdrawing device between the plurality of reels and the wire second-end pressing device. The wire second-end press includes first and second pressing devices. The reels are rotated by an electric motor with a contact roller that rotates in contact with an outer circumference of the reel. The motor can be moved so that the contact roller selectively makes contact with the outer circumferences of the reels.

摘要： The invention comprises a light-tight dispenser for rolled sheet materials, such as negative stock, emulsified paper, and like photographic supplies, having nipping rollers for paying-out of the rolled materials, and a translatable blade for severing a selected length of payed-out material. The dispenser is suspensible from a vertical surface, such as a wall of a room or a panel of a camera unit (which latter may have an entry access for a severed length of the material). The dispenser has a channel which defines a rectilinear frame in which a sheet material cassette is light-sealingly nested and restrained. The cassette intimately engages the innermost portion of the channel to feed sheet material therefrom to the aforesaid nipping rollers, which are in adjacency thereto. The aforesaid frame has a given depth which assures light-sealing of the nested cassette, and the latter and the channel have camming structures cooperative, upon the cassette being inserted into the frame, to cause a sheet material-discharging, leading portion of the cassette to open slightly to facilitate pay-out of the material therewithin.
