Abstract: The present invention provides product, method and apparatus for designing and constructing three-dimensional models for use as acoustic panels. A preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a method and apparatus for designing and constructing three-dimensional models for use as acoustic panels. According to one aspect of the present invention, a method is provided which includes the steps of calculating dimensions and segments of a three-dimensional model based on detected acoustic properties of a room, characteristics of substrate materials, and dimensions of a selected substrate. According to a preferred embodiment, the material employed with the present invention may include materials such as cardboard, paper, acrylic, wood, and fabric. The final product of the present invention preferably has acoustic absorbing functions and may be hung on a wall or suspended in the middle of a room to provide noise reduction in an aesthetically appealing three-dimensional design.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a concrete structure for constructing a building floor and a building floor construction structure including the same. The present invention provides a concrete structure for constructing a building floor which forms a building floor foundation, including: a concrete main body to store fire-extinguishing water for fire suppression; and a fire-extinguishing water injection unit to inject the fire-extinguishing water stored in the concrete main body, and a building floor construction structure including the same. According to the present invention, the concrete structure for forming a building floor stores fire-extinguishing water, and thus early fire suppression is possible, building floor construction is facilitated, and excellent inter-floor sound insulation properties are provided.

Abstract: An acoustic panel wall mounting system including a rigid fastening plate and a panel anchor. The rigid fastening plate carries a field of first touch fastening features and defines an aperture for receiving a mechanical fastener to secure the fastening plate against a wall with the field of first touch fastening features exposed. The panel anchor has a helix extending from a rigid surface flange that carries a field of second touch fastening features on a surface opposite the helix. The anchor defines a tool receptacle used for twisting the helix into a panel. The field of first touch fastening features is engageable with the field of second touch fastening features to form a connection when brought into engagement as the panel is placed against the wall to contact the fastening plate with the panel anchor.

Abstract: A demountable structure system is disclosed. The demountable structure system may have a roof system positioned atop one or more structural panel(s) and a floor system positioned beneath one or more structural panels(s). The structural panels may have different shapes, configurations, and features, and may support the roof system in order to form a demountable structure. Alternatively, the roof system is omitted and a wall or other structure can be formed from the structural panels. Each structural panel may have other features, such as finish panels, fabric panels, accessory mounts, recessed lighting, electrical outlets, etc. Some structural panels have sound dampening features, such as to form portable musician's sound booth. Thus, a structure may be formed which is both readily disassembled, yet also sturdy.

Abstract: A flooring product is disclosed herein. The flooring product comprises a pair of oriented strand boards and an acoustic barrier layer. Each oriented strand board includes a first surface, a second surface, a first profiled edge, a stepped section, a second profiled edge, and a recessed section. The acoustic barrier layer is positioned between and at least partially secured to the oriented strand boards. Upon the securing of the acoustic barrier layer to the oriented strand boards, the stepped sections are arranged to form a tongue, where the acoustic barrier layer extends from the tongue to form a first rounded bulge. The recessed sections are arranged to form a groove, where the acoustic barrier layer extends into the groove to form a second rounded bulge. When two flooring products are assembled, the first rounded bulge of one flooring product contacts the second rounded bulge of the other flooring product.

Abstract: There is provided a soundproof structure that can selectively block sound having a specific frequency emitted from equipment, automobiles, and general households and can change the cutoff frequency of the sound in accordance with a change in the frequency of sound to be blocked. Abstract: An acoustic seal for a sound flanking path between an an interior architectural separation and a mullion. The seal may be configured as an elongated rail having first and seal surfaces with adhesive elements disposed on laterally offset first and second adhesive-bearing portions thereof. When installed, the elongated rail can maintain a non-deformed state when opposing faces of the mullion and the architectural separation are separated by a distance equal to the elongated rail thickness. The elongated rail can assume a deformed state when the opposing faces of the mullion and the architectural separation are separated by a distance greater than the elongated rail thickness. In the deformed state, the longitudinal edges of the elongated rail become offset from each other in a direction normal to first and second seal surfaces. The elongated rail cross-section flexes proximate to first and second flex locations that may optionally include stress relief features.
