摘要: The invention relates to the field of microwave emitting equipment, in particular to microwave oscillators. The proposed variants of an oscillator and a matrix-type microwave oscillator enable to efficiently direct microwave radiation from one or more microwave sources and sum up microwave radiations, thus ensuring high values of efficiency and output power, superior functional capabilities of the device, a high degree of synchronization of radiations emitted by said microwave sources. The microwave oscillator comprises a microwave source and a resonator with a microwave channel made therein. The resonator comprises a box and a base electrically connected to each other, while the microwave channel accommodates a suppressing means for suppressing a back wave. The matrix-type oscillator comprises a plurality of said microwave oscillators electrically connected to each other.

摘要: The present invention relates to a modulator system adapted to generate high voltage pulses suitable for supply across a high voltage load having a thermionic cathode, such as a magnetron. The modulator system comprises a high voltage DC PSU connected to a switching mechanism adapted to generate high voltage pulses from the high voltage DC PSU for application to a thermionic cathode of a high voltage load. The modulator system further comprises an isolation transformer; a heater PSU adapted to be connected to a cathode heater through the isolation transformer and to provide an AC current thereto. The modulator system further comprises a controller to receive pulse instruction signals and trigger generation of corresponding high voltage pulses by the switching mechanism, to calculate the estimated arrival time of a next pulse instruction signal, based on the time between previous pulse instruction signals, and disable the heater PSU for a preset time, commencing before the estimated arrival time of the next pulse instruction signal, such that no current is supplied from the heater PSU while current is supplied from the high voltage PSU.

摘要: A nano-oscillator magnetic wave propagation system has a group of aggregated spin-torque nano-oscillators (ASTNOs), which share a magnetic propagation material. Each of the group of ASTNOs is disposed about an emanating point in the magnetic propagation material. During a non-wave propagation state of the nano-oscillator magnetic wave propagation system, the magnetic propagation material receives a polarizing magnetic field. During a wave propagation state of the nano-oscillator magnetic wave propagation system, each of the group of ASTNOs initiates spin waves through the magnetic propagation material, such that a portion of the spin waves initiated from each of the group of ASTNOs combine to produce an aggregation of spin waves emanating from the emanating point. The aggregation of spin waves may provide a sharper wave front than wave fronts of the individual spin waves initiated from each of the group of ASTNOs.

摘要: A magnetron (2), a launcher (4) which extracts the output power of the magnetron (2), an impedance generator (5) having one terminal connected to the output terminal of the launcher (4), and a reference signal supplier (6) connected to the other terminal of the impedance generator (5) are included. The reference signal supplier (6) supplies, to the magnetron (2), a reference signal lower in electric power and stabler in frequency than the output from the magnetron (2). The oscillation frequency of the magnetron (2) is locked to the frequency of the reference signal by injection of the reference signal. The impedance generator (5) can reduce the change width of the oscillation frequency of the magnetron (2) by adjusting the load impedance of the magnetron (2). This implements a magnetron oscillator (1) which has high frequency stability and does not fluctuate the frequency even when the output power is changed.

摘要: The present invention provides a boosting transformer for microwave oven, which is low in high-frequency loss, hardly saturated, small in size and easy to produce. The boosting transformer includes a rod-like ferrite core; and primary, secondary and heater windings wound around the rod-like ferrite core and piled up side by side in a direction of an axis of the rod-like ferrite core. It also includes a metal core formed from a long metal thin plate rolled by a plurality of times into a square-ring having one inner diameter larger than each of outer sizes of the primary, secondary and heater windings and the other inner diameter larger than a total size of the three windings piled up side by side, the metal core being arranged opposite to the rod-like ferrite core through a gap so as to be fitted toward the rod-like ferrite core from the outside of the primary, secondary and heater windings.

摘要: According to the present invention, to drive a magnetron, a pulse voltage is applied to the gate electrode of a field effect transistor to make the field effect transistor conductive, so that a voltage stored in a storage condenser is discharged through the primary winding of a pulse transformer and the drain electrode-the source electrode of the field effect transistor. This discharge causes the voltage generated at the primary winding of the pulse transformer to be induced at the secondary winding of the pulse transformer. Thus, the magnetron connected to the secondary winding of the pulse transformer is driven.
