Abstract: A mobile device has a proximity sensor. A compensation value of the proximity sensor is determined. The compensation value is compared to a reference compensation value to determine validity of the compensation value. A capacitance of the proximity sensor is measured. A value of the capacitance of the proximity sensor is adjusted based on the compensation value. A coefficient defining a relationship between a capacitance of the proximity sensor and a temperature of the mobile device is calculated. A temperature sensor is coupled to the proximity sensor. The temperature of the mobile device is measured. A value of the capacitance of the proximity sensor is adjusted based on the coefficient and the temperature of the mobile device. The adjusted capacitance value is compared to a threshold capacitance value to determine proximity of an object to the mobile device. A radio frequency signal is adjusted by detecting proximity.

Abstract: A system for notifying emergency services of a vehicular crash may (i) receive sensor data of a vehicular crash from at least one mobile device associated with a user; (ii) generate a scenario model of the vehicular crash based upon the received sensor data; (iii) store the scenario model; and/or (iv) transmit a message to one or more emergency services based upon the scenario model. As a result, the speed and accuracy of deploying emergency services to the vehicular crash location is increased. The system may also utilize vehicle occupant positional data, and internal and external sensor data to detect potential imminent vehicle collisions, take corrective actions, automatically engage autonomous or semi-autonomous vehicle features, and/or generate virtual reconstructions of the vehicle collision.

Abstract: Arrangements for intelligent call routing are provided. Audio data from a call between an agent device and a user device may be received and a topic of the call and metadata may be extracted from the audio data. The extracted topic and metadata may be compared to an alert signals database to output whether an alert will be attached to the call. Agent parameters associated with the agent who is part of the call may be identified. A machine learning model may be executed by inputting, to the model, the extracted topic, extracted metadata, the output of whether the alert will be attached to the call, and the agent parameters, to output a routing signal. Based on the routing signal, a second call communication session may be initiated between the agent computing device and a computing device of at least one of another agent or a supervisor.

Abstract: Systems and methods for generating an alert on an eyewear device are provided. The systems and methods include receiving, by an eyewear device, from a mobile device, data indicative of a first combination of notification attributes that trigger a first alert on the eyewear device; determining that the mobile device has received a new notification based on additional data received from the mobile device; determining that a combination of attributes of the new notification matches the first combination of notification attributes; and in response to determining that the combination of the attributes of the new notification matches the first combination of notification attributes, retrieving, from a storage device of the eyewear device, a first visual indicator animation that represents the first alert; and activating a visual indicator of the eyewear device in accordance with the retrieved first visual indicator animation to generate the first alert on the eyewear device.
