    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a steering shaft for a motor vehicle, comprising an outer shaft which is configured as a hollow shaft and an inner shaft which is arranged coaxially in the hollow shaft. The inner shaft can be telescoped relative to the hollow shaft in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the steering shaft, and is connected to the hollow shaft in a torque-transmitting manner via at least one positively locking element. A securing apparatus with at least one stop element is attached on an end region of the hollow shaft which faces the inner shaft. A stop face is arranged in the opening cross section of the hollow shaft and faces the hollow shaft in the direction of the longitudinal axis.

    摘要: A method for producing a shaft-hub connection having a secondary bearing seat that is on the shaft and that is axially at a distance from the shaft-hub connection includes determining a dimensional deviation relative to a final dimension of the bearing seat as a derivative action for a deformation of the bearing seat. A final machining of the bearing seat is performed with the dimensional deviation before assembly of the shaft-hub connection. Then, the shaft-hub connection is produced by a press-fit connection. The deformation of the shaft caused by the shaft-hub connection deforms the bearing seat to the final dimension, in that the deformation of the shaft compensates for the dimensional deviation of the bearing seat.

    摘要: A longitudinal plunging unit comprises a profiled sleeve with longitudinally extending first ball grooves, and a profiled journal with longitudinally extending second ball grooves. The profiled journal engages said profiled sleeve with balls arranged in groups in pairs of first ball groove and second ball grooves. A ball cage positioned between the profiled sleeve and the profiled journal fixes the balls in their axial position relative to one another. The ball cage is displaceable relative to the profiled journal between spaced axial stops. On the profiled journal, there is arranged a stop sleeve, which can abut the profiled journal or a component connected thereto. The stop sleeve delimits the displacement path of the ball cage towards the second portion.
