摘要: A gear pump could be said to include a first gear and a second gear intermeshed with the first gear. An inlet side is configured to have an inlet connection connected thereto. A discharge side is configured to have a first discharge connection connected thereto. At least one shaft is in operable communication with each of the first and second gears. A bearing is configured to support at least one of the shafts via an inner bore and having an outer peripheral surface. A valve bore is formed into bearing between the inner bore and the outer peripheral surface. A second discharge connection is formed into the bearing. A tap provides fluidic communication between the valve bore and a pad defined in the inner bore. A valve is positioned in the valve bore. The valve includes a moving valve member. A spring biases the moving valve member in a direction toward the second discharge connection. A fuel pump system is also disclosed.

The dual membrane restrictor includes a casing and first and second membranes. The casing has a first channel connected to the oil supplying device, first and second chambers, a second channel connected to the loading device, and a third channel connected to the recycling device. The first membrane is disposed in the first chamber divided into first upper and lower chambers by the first membrane. The first channel is connected to the first upper chamber. The second membrane is disposed in the second chamber divided into second upper and lower chambers by the second membrane. The second upper chamber is connected to the first lower chamber and the second channel. The second lower chamber is connected to the second channel and the third channel.

In one arrangement, a support table is configured to support a substrate. The support table has a base surface. The base surface faces a surface of the substrate when the substrate is supported by the support table. One or more gas cushion members are provided above the base surface. Each of the gas cushion members includes a recess. The recess is shaped and configured such that a lowering of the substrate into a position on the support table at which the substrate is supported by the support table causes a localised build-up of pressure within the recess. The localized build-up of pressure provides a localised gas cushioning effect during the lowering of the substrate.

摘要: A hydrostatic bearing is provided which may include foot part supporting a load-carrying unit, a head part, and body part forming a lower chamber and an upper chamber. A lower member is supported by the load-carrying unit and arranged inside the lower chamber. An upper member is controllable by a pressurizing fluid and arranged inside the upper chamber. The lower member is controllably moveable along a central axis of the hydrostatic bearing between a retracted state, where the lower member is distanced from the upper member, and an extended state, where the lower member is also in contact with the upper member. The hydrostatic bearing acts both as a conventional slave bearing and a conventional master bearing.

摘要: The invention relates to a rolling stand for the rolling of metallic rolling stock. The rolling is achieved with the aid of a roll of which the two roll journals (112) are rotatably mounted in recesses (122) of chocks (120). The recesses are supplied with coolant and/or lubricant via a high-pressure inlet (124) and at least one low-pressure inlet (126). The high-pressure inlet is fed via high-pressure conduits (132) from a high-pressure pump (130). To reduce the costs for driving the high-pressure pump in relation to the prior art, the invention provides that the high-pressure pump is rotationally coupled to the roll journal via a gear mechanism in order to be driven thereby.
