Abstract: A program creation device includes an analysis unit that analyzes a composite fixed cycle in which a predetermined cycle is repeated multiple times to create a plurality of command blocks CB1 to CB4 for each of the cycles for executing the cycle; a distribution unit that distributes the plurality of command blocks CB1 to CB4 created by the analysis unit sequentially as a command program for each of the plurality of tools; and a command adding unit that adds a first command word indicating a delay amount of delaying a start timing of the cycle of the second tool from a start timing of the cycle of the first tool on the basis of an analysis result obtained by the analysis unit to the command block CB2 or CB4.

Abstract: Provided is a method for angle calibration of a rotary shaft, including: attaching a calibrating angular sensor to a first rotary shaft of an industrial machine including a plurality of rotary shafts and a control unit that controls the rotary shafts based on an angle detected by a controlling angular sensor provided for each rotary shaft, the calibrating angular sensor being more precise than the controlling angular sensor; connecting the calibrating angular sensor in place of the controlling angular sensor of a second rotary shaft; rotating the first rotary shaft; calculating a difference between a first angle of the first rotary shaft detected by the controlling angular sensor and a second angle of the second rotary shaft detected by the calibrating angular sensor; and storing the calculated difference as a calibration value for an angle of rotation of the first rotary shaft.

Abstract: A parameter setting method includes a parameter value changing step of, when the magnitude of a deviation that is a difference between a command position and an actual position of a movable portion is greater than or equal to a prescribed value during operation of an active damper, selecting an unselected set of candidate values from among a plurality of sets of candidate values and changing the values of respective types of parameters of the active damper to the selected set of candidate values, and when the magnitude of the deviation is less than the prescribed value, not changing the values of the respective types of the parameters. After the parameter value changing step is finished, the parameter value changing step is repeated until the magnitude of the deviation becomes less than the prescribed value.
