    摘要: A telescopic apparatus is provided which can cause three or more cylindrical members to extend and contract smoothly without use of pneumatic pressure and hydraulic pressure.
    A telescopic apparatus includes: a first to a third cylindrical member that are nested; screw shafts supported rotatably and respectively by the first and second cylindrical members; nuts mounted respectively on the second and third cylindrical members to be threadedly engaged with the screw shafts of the first and second cylindrical members; and a transmission configured to transmit the rotation of the screw shaft of the first cylindrical member to the screw shaft of the second cylindrical member and to be movable in an axial direction relative to the screw shaft of the first cylindrical member. The screw shafts of the first and second cylindrical members rotate at one time to cause the first to the third cylindrical member to extend and contract.

A screw device (1) includes a screw shaft (2), a nut member (3), a plurality of rolling elements (7, 8), at least one axial strain sensor (24) (B, D) that is attached to a surface of the nut member (3) and detects strain in an axial direction on the nut member (3), and at least one circumferential strain sensor (24) (A, C) that is attached to the surface of the nut member (3) and detects strain in a circumferential direction on the nut member (3). Preload of the screw device (1) is detected on the basis of outputs of the axial strain sensor (24) (B, D) and the circumferential strain sensor (24) (A, C).

    摘要: A lift device comprises a base, a retractable lift mechanism, a work platform, a linear actuator, and a lift controller. The retractable lift mechanism has a first end coupled to the base and is moveable between an extended position and a retracted position. The work platform is coupled to and supported by a second end of the retractable lift mechanism. The linear actuator is configured to selectively move the retractable lift mechanism between the extended position and the retracted position. The linear actuator comprises a central screw rod, an electric motor configured to provide rotational actuation to the central screw rod, and a nut assembly configured to translate the rotational actuation of the central screw rod into linear motion. The lift controller is configured to receive a lift command from an operator, monitor at least one lift characteristic associated with the linear actuator, and selectively inhibit the lift command.

    摘要: An adjustment actuator assembly for a vehicle steering system includes a leadscrew having a threaded outer surface and at least one pocket recessed radially inwardly from an outer diameter of the threaded outer surface. The adjustment actuator assembly also includes a nut having a threaded inner surface engaged with the threaded outer surface of the leadscrew, the nut axially moveable along the leadscrew during rotation of the leadscrew. The adjustment actuator assembly further includes a travel stop limiter operatively coupled to the nut, the travel stop limiter having a leg extending through an opening of the nut and spring biased into contact with the threaded outer surface of the leadscrew and moveable into the pocket of the leadscrew to limit axial translation of the nut.
