摘要: A redox flow battery includes a cell that has first and second electrodes and an ion-exchange layer there between, first and second circulation loops that are fluidly connected with, respectively, the first and second electrodes, first and second electrolyte storage tanks in, respectively, the first and second circulation loops, first and second electrolytes contained in, respectively, the first and second circulation loops, and a Raman spectrometer on at least one of the first or second circulation loops for determining a state-of-charge of at least one of the first or second electrolytes. The Raman spectrometer includes a laser source that is rated to emit a laser of a wavelength of 694 nanometers to 1444 nanometers.

摘要: A deterioration estimation apparatus includes a storage processing unit and a calculation unit. The storage processing unit acquires a plurality of models from a model generation apparatus, and stores the models in a model storage unit. A plurality of models are generated by performing machine-learning on training data, the training data using, as input values, measurement data for training indicating a result of measuring a state of a storage battery when the number of charge and discharge times is αi to αj (where j≥i), and using, as a target value, SOH indicating a deterioration state of the storage battery when the number of charge and discharge times is β (where β>αj). The calculation unit uses a plurality of models stored in a model storage unit to calculate an estimation result of transition of SOH of a storage battery managed by the deterioration estimation apparatus.

摘要: A method and system for monitoring a non-rechargeable battery of an IoT device are described. Voltage values of the non-rechargeable battery when a load is applied to the non-rechargeable battery are determined over a first interval of time. Based at least in part on these voltage values a determination of whether a voltage of the non-rechargeable battery has decreased for more than a predetermined threshold is performed. In response to determining based at least in part on the voltage values that the voltage of the non-rechargeable battery has decreased for more than the predetermined threshold, a prediction of an end of life parameter value for the non-rechargeable battery is performed, and the end of life parameter value is transmitted to an electronic device of an administrator of the IoT device.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a method for predicting the performance characteristics of a Li-ion battery over the course of the lifetime of the battery. A model based on integration of a set of ordinary differential equations is used to predict the voltage and thermal characteristics of the battery in a short period of time and a universal ordinary differential equation is used to predict the degradation of the battery by changing the parameters of the system of ordinary differential equations. The degradation of the battery is predicted in terms of change in various parameters of the battery (e.g., capacity, resistance, thermal behavior).

摘要: A method for evaluating a consistency of a battery pack is provided, including: obtaining an initial/real rated capacity and an initial/real dischargeable electric quantity of each cell in a battery pack after a charge and discharge cycle of the battery pack; generating a first/second data diagram for every cells based upon the initial/real rated capacity and the initial/real dischargeable electric quantity; obtaining a first/second information of key cells in the first/second data diagram, defining an initial/real cell distribution region according to the first/second information by processing the first/second data diagram, and calculating a first/second area of the initial/real cell distribution region; and evaluating the consistency of the battery pack according to the first/second area. A strategy for balancing the battery pack is further provided.
