摘要: An actuator gearbox includes a drive shaft including a plurality of gear linkages that are spaced apart along the drive shaft, and a plurality of output shafts adjacent respective ones of the plurality of gear linkages. Each of the gear linkages includes a fixed gear coupled to one of the plurality of output shafts and a moving gear that is slideably coupled to the drive shaft. A bias spring is coupled to the moving gear to urge the moving gear out of engagement with the fixed gear. The mechanical switch moves the moving gear into engagement with the fixed gear on the output shaft adjacent the linkage to thereby cause the output shaft to rotate in response to rotation of the drive shaft.

摘要: A wireless power transmitter according to various embodiments comprises: a power transmission antenna array capable of transmitting power in a wireless manner; a driving circuit for mechanically adjusting the steering direction of the power transmission antenna array; and a processor, wherein the processor can be configured so as to determine the direction in which an electronic device is positioned, control the driving circuit such that the driving circuit mechanically adjusts the steering direction of the power transmission antenna array when the direction in which the electronic device is positioned is not included in a coverage corresponding to the steering direction of the power transmission antenna array, and control the power transmission antenna array such that the power transmission antenna array transmits the power to the electronic device.

摘要: Methods, apparatuses, and systems for two-way satellite communication and an asymmetric-aperture antenna for two-way satellite communication are disclosed. In one embodiment, a beam pattern for an asymmetric-aperture antenna is offset in a narrow beamwidth direction, and the offset beam pattern is directed by a mechanical gimbal, with the beam pattern offset made to reduce interference with an adjacent satellite. In additional embodiments, operational areas near the equator are identified for a given offset beam pattern, or a beam pattern offset may be adjusted over time to compensate for movement of the asymmetric-aperture antenna when attached to an airplane, boat, or other mobile vehicle.

The antenna control device further includes an arrival direction detector that detects arrival directions of the reception signals, a distribution information calculator that calculates distribution information of the detected arrival directions, a signal quality calculator that calculates signal quality information of each of the radiation patterns, and a radiation pattern selector that selects a radiation pattern on the basis of the distribution information and signal quality information for the radiation patterns, and sets the weight values corresponding to the selected radiation pattern in the weight unit.
