    Abstract: Example aspects include a method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium for sidelink-aided radio frequency (RF) sensing at user equipment (UE) of a wireless communication network, comprising receiving a sensing establishment message associated with a sensing session. The aspects further include receiving one or more sensing measurement information obtained by the one or more sidelink UEs corresponding to the sensing session, or a first sensing outcome information corresponding to the sensing session obtained by one of the one or more sidelink UEs based on the one or more sensing measurement information. Additionally, the aspects include transmitting the one or more sensing measurement information obtained by the one or more sidelink UEs corresponding to the sensing session, or a second sensing outcome information corresponding to the sensing session.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a remote radio head (RRH), a protocol configuration, wherein the protocol configuration configures the RRH to perform one or more MAC protocol layer functions of the UE.     Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) receives, from a base station (BS), an indication of a random access (RA) channel (RACH) preamble. The RACH preamble is a member of a first set of RACH preambles reserved for positioning purposes, the first set of RACH preambles is different from a second set of RACH preambles reserved for communication purposes, and the first and second sets of RACH preambles are associated with the BS. The UE detects, while in a radio resource control (RRC) idle or RRC inactive state, a positioning event. The UE transmits, to the BS, the RACH preamble. The UE receives, from the BS, a RA response for positioning purposes that is different from a RA response for communication purposes, the RA response for positioning purposes including a random access preamble identifier that is mapped to the RACH preamble.

    Abstract: A user equipment includes a processor configured to: receive a first, second, and third reference signals including a first, second, and third sets of tones, and spanning first, second, and third frequency ranges in first and second sets of symbols and at least one third symbol, respectively, the first and second frequency ranges differing: where at least one of (1) the third frequency range overlaps the first frequency range, or (2) the at least one third symbol overlaps with the first set of symbols and the third frequency range overlaps the second frequency range; determine an offset between the first reference signal and the supplemental signal using the third set of tones; and determine a first indication, of a time and/or a range, based on a combination of the first reference signal and the second reference signal using the offset.

    Abstract: A method of wireless communication performed by a first transmission device includes determining a set of spectrum sharing parameters based on sensing performed during a sensing period of a current time slot in a fixed contention based spectrum sharing system. The first transmission device shares a spectrum with a second transmission device. The method also includes determining, at a first artificial neural network of the first transmission device, a transmission device action, and/or a transmission parameter in response to receiving the set of spectrum sharing parameters. The method further includes transmitting, from the first transmission device, to a first receiving device during a data transmission phase of the current time slot based on the transmission device action and/or the transmission parameter.

    Abstract: Techniques are provide for passive positioning of user equipment (UE) with sidelink assistance. An example method for passive positioning includes receiving a first positioning reference signal from a first station at a first time, receiving a second positioning reference signal from a second station at a second time, receiving positioning assistance data associated with positioning reference signals received by a proximate user equipment, determining a reference signal timing difference based at least in part on the first time and the second time, and determining a current location based at least in part on the reference signal timing difference and the positioning assistance data.
