    Abstract: A temperature measurement circuit includes a band-gap reference circuit configured to generate a band-gap reference voltage that is fixed regardless of an operation temperature, a reference voltage generator circuit configured to generate a measurement reference voltage by adjusting the band-gap reference voltage, a sensing circuit configured to generate a temperature-variant voltage based on a bias current, where the temperature-variant voltage is varied depending on the operation temperature, an analog-digital converter circuit configured to generate a first digital code indicating the operation temperature based on the measurement reference voltage and the temperature-variant voltage, and an analog built-in self-test (BIST) circuit configured to generate a plurality of flag signals indicating whether each of the band-gap reference voltage, the measurement reference voltage, and a bias voltage corresponding to the bias current is included in a predetermined range.

    Abstract: A pressure gauge zero point calibration method of a pressure gauge having a diaphragm includes performing a first external zero point calibration at a first time, performing a second external zero point calibration at a second time, the second time occurring after the first time, generating a first usage during a first zero point interval, the first zero point interval spanning from the first time to the second time, determining a usage-based offset slope by dividing a zero point offset difference by the first usage, generating a second usage during a second zero point interval, the second zero point interval spanning from the second time to a third time, the third time occurring after the second time, obtaining a third zero point offset based on the usage-based offset slope and the second usage, and applying the third zero point offset to the pressure gauge, the pressure gauge having a diaphragm.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for channel and interference measurement in a wireless communication system. A method for operating a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a reporting setting and receiving a resource setting associated with the reporting setting. The reporting setting is configured with a higher layer parameter reportQuantity that is set to at least cri-SINR. The resource setting is configured with a higher layer parameter resourceType that is set to aperiodic, periodic, or semi-persistent. The method further includes receiving a first set of reference signals (RSs) through a first set of RS resources; receiving a second set of RSs through a second set of RS resources; measuring at least one RS in the first or second sets of RSs; and determining, based on the reporting setting and the measured at least one RS, one or more layer-1 signal-to-noise and interference ratios (L1-SINRs).
